The inventor believed that if industrial bag filters and rags contaminated with oil and metal powder could be washed and reused, it would be possible to significantly reduce costs, and so the inventor used chlorinated organic solvents such as trichlene. During repeated tests, when washing with chlorinated organic solvent, due to the low conductivity of this chlorinated organic solvent,
When washing, industrial bag filters and rags made of chemical fibers are charged with static electricity due to friction, and instead of removing metal particles, they stick to the particles and do not come off, which is a major problem in that the washing effect is not sufficiently improved. I hit a problem.

The present inventor has completed various studies in an attempt to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, and has thus completed the present invention.

That is, the present invention is characterized in that industrial bag filters and rags contaminated with oil and metal powder are washed with a chlorinated organic solvent such as trichlene containing 4 to 7% by weight of heavy oil. This is how to wash dirty industrial bag filters and rags.

The present inventor has been searching for inexpensive substances that increase the conductivity of chlorinated organic solvents such as tricrene, perchlorethylene, and Tridol (trade name), but heavy oil, which is easily available at low cost, has been used for this purpose. It was found that the substance matches the above.

A wide range of heavy oils can be used, including A, B, and C heavy oils, lubricating oils, and abrasive oils, and the amount contained is preferably 4 to 7% by weight based on the chlorinated organic solvent such as trichlene.

If it is less than 4% by weight, the conductivity of chlorinated organic solvents such as trichlene cannot be effectively increased, so static electricity will be generated during washing of industrial bag filters and rags, and if it is more than 7% by weight, industrial The bag filters and rags have heavy oil on them and cannot be dried thoroughly after washing, so the metal powder remaining on the industrial bag filters and rags does not easily come off even if the industrial bag filters and rags are subjected to impact. A problem arises.

以下に本発明の実施例を示す。Examples of the present invention are shown below.

Example I Triclean containing 4% by weight of heavy oil A was placed in a washing machine, approximately 160 industrial bag filters contaminated with abrasive oil and stainless steel metal powder were placed in the washing machine, and the washing machine was turned over every 3 minutes while being washed. Washed for 15 minutes to remove oil and metal powder from the industrial bag filter.

Example 2 Perchlor ethylene containing 4% by weight of lubricating oil was put into a washing machine, and a rag soiled with cutting oil and brass metal powder was put into the washing machine for about 50 to 10 minutes, and the washing machine was washed for about 15 minutes while being turned every 3 minutes. The rag was washed for minutes to remove oil and metal powder from the rag.

The present invention has the above-described structure, and allows industrial bag filters and rags contaminated with oil and metal powder to be washed cleanly without being charged with static electricity during washing. It is now possible to reuse industrial bag filters and rags that have become soiled by soiling, resulting in significant cost savings for companies that use industrial bag filters and rags.
