Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A panel with a fluorescent screen made of a phosphor layer that emits red, green, and blue colors when exposed to electron beams on its inner surface, and a neck that is connected to the panel through a funnel. A shadow mask is provided with an electron gun attached to the electron gun and an electric beam passage hole for selectively impinging the electron beam emitted from the electron gun onto a predetermined phosphor layer of the phosphor screen. and a panel pin for installing the shadow mask on the inner wall of the panel through a mask frame and a frame support structure. A color picture tube characterized in that a magnetic shielding body is provided so as to surround a part or all of the effective passage area of the color picture tube.

(4) The color picture tube according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the magnetic shield is in contact with the inner surface of the panel outside the effective area of the fluorescent screen. .

(5) The magnetic shielding body is located between the mask frame and the electron gun, and is separated from or integrated into an internal magnetic shielding body that surrounds a part or all of the effective passage area of the electron beam.
