関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a floating pump that collects and transports scum and floating matter floating on the water surface in a suction water tank, such as a sewage treatment plant, together with the water. The pump body, which is held in ~, is equipped with a trumpet-shaped suction body that opens upward, and floating matter floating on the liquid surface is sucked in through this trumpet-shaped suction body and discharged. Regarding pumps.

Floating substances (not shown) are discharged together with the liquid from an upwardly opened trumpet-shaped suction body 4 through a suction port 3 and to the outside through a discharge pipe or hose 16.

However, there was a drawback that it was not possible to adequately deal with floating matter that had different properties and shapes, such as scum generated in sewage treatment plants.

When the suction water level α becomes deeper, the suction speed (2) at which the suction flows inward from the outer circumference of the trumpet-shaped suction body becomes slow, resulting in a disadvantage that the scum collection efficiency deteriorates.

A plurality of elongated holes are provided on the horizontal outer periphery of the trumpet-shaped suction body for freely attaching the float, and an adjustment member is provided on the float to adjust the distance between the float and the trumpet-shaped suction body.

Even if the suction water level α is increased, for example, doubled, the suction liquid velocity will not decrease if the shielding plate 21 is appropriately selected and the total suction passage area S is made small, for example, 2 times.
