On the other hand, the temperature-sensing part of the over-temperature prevention switch device detects the air temperature inside the heater and turns the electric circuit on and off, but due to product variations, the critical temperature for over-temperature rise may vary depending on the product. This resulted in uneven quality.

That is, a temperature fuse installed in the electric circuit for controlling the operation of the heater and a temperature sensor detect the predetermined air temperature inside the heater, and the temperature is 0N.
- an overtemperature rise prevention switch device that turns OFF is attached to the same mounting plate such that the mounting plate is interposed between the temperature sensing section and the heat exchanger; A part of the mounting plate in the heater is cut and raised toward the heat exchanger side, and a guide plate is formed to control the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing part by guiding the heated air flow inside the heater to the temperature sensing part. It is a safety device attachment device.

When the overtemperature rise prevention switch device 1 detects that the air temperature inside the heater is higher than a predetermined value, a built-in bimetal switch is activated to stop the heating operation in the same way as above, to prevent the heater from overheating. It operates as a safety device.

In the action of such a safety device, the heat exchanger radiates radiant heat, but this radiant heat is blocked mainly by the guide plate 8 and the mounting plate 4, so the temperature sensing part of the temperature rise prevention switch device 1 detects the air temperature inside the heater. This will prevent malfunctions.

As explained above, the present invention includes a temperature fuse interposed in the electric circuit for controlling the operation of the heater, and a temperature overrise prevention switch device that detects a predetermined air temperature inside the heater and turns it on to 0N-QFF. The temperature sensing section and the heat exchanger are mounted on the same mounting plate so that the mounting plate is interposed between them, and a part of the mounting plate between the temperature sensing section and the heat exchanger is attached to the heat exchanger side. Since the guide plate is cut up and raised to control the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing part by guiding the heated air flow inside the heater to the temperature sensing part, it is possible to reduce the length of the electric wires and the number of mounting plates. It is possible to reduce the amount and is economical, and the replacement work is easy because it is integrated.
