DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention uses thermoplastic fiber or a knitted fabric mainly composed of the same, especially a tricot knitted fabric, as a base material, which is lightweight, has a thick feel, and has flexibility, elasticity, and The present invention relates to a processing method for obtaining a sheet-like material that is breathable, waterproof, and cold-resistant, and does not have the appearance of a tricot knitted fabric.

Conventionally, materials with a different appearance have been manufactured by applying various coatings to tricot knitted fabrics using synthetic resin solutions or by laminating films, but the elasticity and breathability of tricot knitted fabrics have been improved. In processing that maintains the fabric as it is, the appearance is similar to that of a knitted fabric, whereas in processing methods that give a thicker and new appearance through coating, the texture hardens due to the penetration of the resin liquid, and the original expansion and contraction of the tricot knitted fabric is lost. In addition, products laminated with a film have a thick feel but have almost no breathability and no moisture wicking effect, causing them to swell during wear. There was a drawback that the elasticity and elasticity were also reduced.

The present invention solves these drawbacks and provides a method for easily manufacturing a flexible sheet-like material that does not have the appearance of a tricot knitted fabric, has breathability, has sufficient elasticity, and has a thick feel. It was completed based on a completely new idea.

Specifically, we focused on minimizing the gaps in the tricot knitted fabric, and by dry heat or wet heat shrinkage treatment of the tricot knitted fabric made of or mainly composed of thermoplastic fibers, we reduced the number of wales to 200 at the time of knitting. As above, dip dyeing is carried out using ordinary dyeing equipment, the back side of the knitted fabric is raised using a needle cloth raising machine or an emery raising machine, and then the stitches are dyed by dry heat pickling or wet heat pressurization on the front side of the knitted fabric. The smooth surface is crushed and smoothed, and then a resin composition is discontinuously thinly applied and fixed, or a colored resin composition having a hue and concentration different from that of the dyeing is discontinuously applied thereon, and then This is a processing method characterized by applying an uneven pattern to the surface using an embossing machine or the like using heat and pressure.

Here, by shrinking the knitted surface width of the tricot knitted fabric by dry heat or wet heat shrinkage treatment, and by increasing the number of wales to 200 or more of the knitted fabric, the surface of the knitted fabric is made uniform and has a unique thickness. It becomes a sheet-like material with a texture.

Next, dyeing is carried out using regular dyeing equipment, and the back side of the knitted fabric is raised using a commonly used raising machine to further increase the thickness, eliminating the need for backing and creating a texture similar to that of fur, as well as heat retention and cold protection effects. .

Next, the knitted lichen is heated and pressurized with calendering, liner, etc. in an absolutely dry state or with a certain amount of moisture added to make the stitches even smoother, so a resin composition or a colored resin compound is further applied. However, the resin does not penetrate into the stitches or the fibers constituting the knitted fabric, making it possible to fix the resin uniformly.

Even more effectively, by treating with a surfactant or synthetic resin liquid before heating and pressing, it is possible to create a texture that is smoother, more glossy, more matte, or has better rebound properties than after heating and pressing. You can get a good one.

Furthermore, by discontinuously applying the resin composition or colored resin composition, the breathability is not impaired and the appearance becomes leather-like without giving the impression of a knitted fabric.

Furthermore, by using two or more layers of colored resin compounds with different hues, concentrations, etc., it is possible to obtain a deep appearance, and the amount and pattern of coating can be changed relatively freely, resulting in improved breathability. It is also possible to bring about a change in degree, and it is possible to obtain a material that is waterproof, breathable, heat-retaining, and cold-proof.

Next, irregularities are applied to this surface by heating and pressurizing, such as embossing, and the flexible sheet whose thickness has been smoothed in this way has sharp embossing, and has elasticity while maintaining the durability of the mold. You can get something that can withstand washing and dry cleaning well.

In addition, by brushing the back side of the textured surface using heat and pressure to make the hairs stand up and line up, the product has a fur-like feel and further enhances its heat-retaining effect. It has a leather-like appearance and retains the elasticity, breathability, and drapability characteristic of knitted fabrics, making it ideal as a material for clothing as it is both waterproof and cold-proof.

Polyester long fiber 50d Mitrile Rayon long fiber 50d A long fiber tricot knitted fabric made of three reeds with the above fiber composition and consisting of 28 wales and 75 courses is processed with a moist heat setting process to create a knitted fabric with 58 wales and 75 courses.
The number of courses is 60, and the front and back ester long fibers are dyed with a disperse dye using a beam dyeing machine, and then the middle rayon long fibers are dyed using a reactive dye using a wince dyeing machine.

After that, the polyester long fibers on the surface of the knitted fabric were heated to a temperature of 1.
Calendering was carried out twice at 80°C at a pressure of 50 kg/CrfL speed Ion/min to thoroughly crush the stitches and make it smooth, and then the two-component reactive urethane resin was adjusted to a viscosity of 500 cps (solid content 17%) with ethyl acetate. Then, using a gravure coating machine with a roll depth of 100μ and 80 mesh, apply 40g to 509/rrl, and then gravure coat a colored urethane resin solution with a viscosity of 300 cps (solid content 15%) at 10 to 20 g/m.
