ーシングカバーとの間にオイルシールを介装してこのケ
ーシングカバー内に潤滑オイルを充填し、前記プロペラ
駆動装置を介してドライブシャフトの駆動力をプロペラ
が軸着されているプロペラシャフトに伝達する船外機に
おいて、前記ケーシングカバーのプロペラ側内周に部材
収納スペースを形成し、前方を大径とし後方外周をプロ
ペラに向って細くなるテーパ面に形成したプロテクタを
プロペラシャフトに取付け、その大径部をオイルシール
に対向させてケーシングカバーの収納スペース内に収納
したことを特徴とする船外機の″浮遊物巻き込み防止装
置。An oil seal is interposed between the propeller shaft and a casing cover in which a propeller drive device is installed, and this casing cover is filled with lubricating oil, and the driving force of the drive shaft is transferred to the propeller through the propeller drive device.
