ナー像を記録紙に圧力定着する際、トナーが圧力定着用

圧力定着器用オフセット防止オイルとして従来は離型性
の高いシリコンオイル等が使われていたが本発明者らは
実験によって逆に親水性基を有するカーボン数6以上の
アルコールにシリコンオイルをOチから90%混ぜたオ
イルがオフセット防止において前記離型性の高いシリコ

実施例
リコー社!!!!p’rsio複写機用の圧力定着器の
各ロール表面をエチルアルコールを含む紙等で清掃し残
留オイルを取り除いてから、テストする第2表のオフセ
ット防止オイルを含むフェルトラ、トナー像と接触する
ロールに押しあて、1分間空運転を行ない、オフセット
防止オイルをロール表面に均一に塗布した。このときの
フェルトは16龍巾で厚さ4顛長さ25011とし、こ
れにl ccの第2表のオフセット防止オイルを均一に
