    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スパッタ装置用のターゲットの周囲をカバーするアース
    シールド板において、〜ターゲット表面周囲に二枚のカ
    バーを持ち、その一枚はターゲットの表面を覆い、他Ω
    一枚はターゲット表面と同一面あるいはそれよりも下の
    面のバッキングプレート側にあり、両者共ターゲットと
    は２〜６７７ＥＩ１１程度の空間を保って設置されてい
    ることを特徴とするアースシールド板。
