Conventionally, when manufacturing overlay decorative plywood using vinyl chloride resin film, the laminating method or heat pressing method has been adopted as a method for overlaying the decorative plywood with the vinyl chloride resin film, but the falling method has not been adopted. However, it was not possible to increase productivity enough to put it into practical use, nor was it aesthetically pleasing.

In other words, in the lamination method, a vinyl chloride resin film is overlaid while the decorative plywood passes between two rolls installed above and below, so the working method is extremely simple and efficient, but the pressure is high. The linear pressure was weak, and it was not possible to continue pressing for a certain period of time, resulting in insufficient adhesive strength of the film and defects in the film not penetrating into the grain of the decorative plywood.

On the other hand, the heat pressing method is a method of heat pressing the vinyl chloride resin film using a press hot platen, and the sufficient pressure solves problems such as adhesion, but the hot platen is cooled during the working time. However, since it takes about 60 minutes, the work efficiency is poor and it is almost impossible to run it on the production line for continuous production.

In order to overlay a vinyl chloride resin film on decorative plywood by the method of the present invention, as shown in FIG. , cushion board 10,
This is done by placing the hot plates 1 one after another in this order, applying pressure from above with a press platen, and clamping with the upper and lower platens.

PVC resin is a thermoplastic resin, and due to its poor thermal conductivity, which is characteristic of plastics, if it comes into contact with a hot plate, only the contact surface will melt, and a film of the desired thickness will not be laminated. If there is a cushion plate between the plate and the mirror plate, heat is transferred gently and uniformly, so the above-mentioned drawbacks can be avoided.

In the case of the present invention, since the hot plate is an ultra-thin metal hot plate with a nichrome wire interposed therebetween, the heating of the hot plate tends to be uneven, but this is made uniform by the cushion plate.
