ジ内の個々の上記プリント基板の雰囲気温度が上記所定
温度に達すると、上記プリント基板に対応する上記風量
調整板が上記形状記憶材料の有する゛ 形状記憶効
果、により開放して自動的に空隙を形成し上記冷却ブ冶
