    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. チャンバー内に設けられたサンプル温度検出手段の出力
    に基づいてチャンバー内に収納されたブンプルの温度制
    御を行うフリーザーにおいて用いられるサンプル容器に
    おいて、このサンプル容器を熱伝導の良い金属で薄く構
    成したことを特徴とするサンプル容器。
