In conventional steam ovens, it has been proposed to insert the heater base into a retaining ring, fix it by spot welding, etc., and attach this heater base to the cooking cabinet wall via an insulating material, etc., but due to the welding conditions. It is difficult to set up, and scratches and holes may occur on the outer surface of the heater, resulting in a reduction in insulation performance.

Figures 2 and 3 show the mounting part of the heater 3; 8 is an insulating material such as an insulator through which the base of the heater 3 passes;
One end thereof faces the attachment opening 9 of the storage wall 2', and the stepped surface in the middle of the opening contacts the inner edge of the attachment opening 9 via the heat-resistant packing 10.

In the above configuration, during regular oven cooking, the upper and lower heaters 3 are energized to raise the atmospheric temperature in the cooking chamber 2, and cooking can be performed using heat.

Moreover, if steam is ejected from the steam outlet 4 at the same time, various types of steam cooking can be performed.

By the way, during the above-mentioned steam cooking, water droplets adhering to the chamber wall 2' flow down one after another.

However, since the insulating material 8 is formed with a protrusion 17, water droplets will drip onto the heater 3 etc. from this tip, but compared to the conventional case, the protrusion 17 causes the water droplets to fall on the storage wall 2.
The electrical insulation between the heater 3 and the storage wall 2' is maintained well by increasing the short-circuit distance between the heater 3' and the heater 3, and by making it difficult for water droplets to communicate between the protrusion 17 and the heater 3. This also prevents electric shocks.

Furthermore, the adhesive 18 can prevent water droplets from passing through the penetration part of the heater base through the insulating material 8 and causing a short circuit between the outer surface of the storage wall 2' and the heater base. Even if the water flows to the contact member 11 side through the drain port 19, this water is quickly discharged from the drain port 19, and short circuits due to water stagnation can be prevented.

Next, the mounting plates 13 and 14 not only have the function of preventing the insulating material 8 from moving in the axial direction with respect to the heater 3, but also have the function of preventing the base end of the heater from shifting.

Since the upper mounting plate 13 is formed with a pure square bent piece 16, the heater 3 can be held between the edges of the bent piece 16, so that the load is concentrated and reliable fixation is possible.

Moreover, even if thermal expansion occurs, this serves as a buffer material, ensuring the fixation of the heater 3, and preventing loosening during use.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is no electrical short circuit between the heater and the storage wall due to water droplets, there is no insulation deterioration due to damage during assembly of the broken heater, and there is no risk of electric shock. It can provide openness.
