By using the cartridge of the present invention, the application of the sealant is easier than in the past. This is extremely advantageous.

Urethane (one-component type, two-component type), silicone (one-component type), water-based acrylic (water evaporation type), butyl rubber (solvent evaporation type, heat-melting type), etc. are used, and these are used for curtain walls, foaming, etc. It has been used for sealing joints in concrete and precast concrete, gaps in window frames and buildings, and cracks in concrete and mortar.

The solvent-volatile type can be applied directly with a sealing gun or cartridge gun.

There were many shortcomings such as:

Since it is in a liquid state, by pressing the dispensing tip of the cartridge against the application area and pushing the inner lid toward the dispensing tip, the molten sealant will be reliably and easily embedded in the application area, and it will not be left behind. As the temperature drops to room temperature, the viscosity increases and the mixture returns to a solid state.

Its shape must be similar to the cross-sectional shape of the cylinder, and the degree of fitting with the cylinder is determined by applying molten sealant to the inner lid. It is sufficient that they fit to the extent that no leakage occurs from the fitting part when extruding from the discharge part.
