[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a cocoon processing device that prevents changes in the pressure receiving state of the cocoon layer depending on the position of the surface and eliminates uneven water content in the cocoon layer when performing patch-type cocoon processing in a single layer. The purpose of this is to enable the same process to be repeated as necessary.

Conventionally, cocoon treatment by batch-type vacuum percolation involves repeatedly reducing the pressure in the treated water and returning it to atmospheric pressure to impregnate the cocoon layer and cocoon cavity with moisture.
The cocoons that are immersed one by one are located deep or shallow in the water depending on their position in the lot, and each cocoon layer receives different pressures, and the cocoons located at the top and the cocoons located at the bottom differ in water content. This will cause spots.

そこでこれらの欠点をなくしたのが本考案装置である。The device of the present invention eliminates these drawbacks.

本考案装置の実施の1例を図面と共に次に説明する。An example of implementation of the device of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

At this time, since the cam follower 11 of the opening/closing lid 9 is located within the fork, the opening/closing lid 9 opens centering on the hinge as the fork arm 17 rotates, resulting in the state shown in the dashed line in FIG. 1. The motor will stop rotating.

At this time, since the perforated plate 14 is in the position shown in FIG. 2 in the image processing container 1, the surface to be processed is placed onto the perforated plate 14.

After that, rotate the motor (not shown) and rotate the chain wheel 1.
When the rotary shaft 12 is rotated through the shaft 6, the perforated plate 14 rotates via the support member 13 integrated with the coaxial shaft 12, and the treated cocoons on the perforated plate 14 also rotate, and the treated cocoons are submerged in the treated water 26. I will do it.

Therefore, the treated water is forced into the cocoon cavity of the cocoon layer, which was in a reduced pressure state in the previous step, and the treated water is also introduced into the gaps between the lines of the cocoon layer filament.

Set the timer to maintain atmospheric pressure inside the image processing container.
After a predetermined time (10 seconds to 60 seconds) has elapsed, the valve of the bleed pipe 10 is closed, and the perforated plate 14 is rotated in the same manner as described above to remove the treated surface from the treated water.

In the above process, the pressure is reduced in the atmosphere and atmospheric pressure in the water, but depending on the quality of the cocoon layer, it is possible to pressurize and reduce the pressure in both the air and water by appropriately selecting the time when the perforated plate rotates. .

The above process completes one cycle of image processing, but in the case of cocoons with thick cocoon layers or poorly unwound cocoons, it is difficult for water to penetrate inside the grains of the cocoon layer, so the above process may be repeated once or twice.

As described above, the device of the present invention is a drum-shaped cocoon processing container equipped with an opening/closing lid having an air bleed pipe on the circumferential side, which is supported by a hollow shaft with its axis horizontal, and a cylindrical drum that extends in the diametrical direction. A flat perforated plate that divides the interior of the cylinder into two sections is spread in the diametrical direction of the drum-shaped cocoon processing container by a rotating shaft inserted into the hollow shaft, and does not come into contact with the inner wall of the drum-shaped cocoon processing container. Because of this support, depressurization treatment can be performed in either air or water by appropriately selecting the timing of air bleed and perforated plate rotation, and there is no difference between the two types of treatment surface immersed in the treatment water. Pressure treatment is carried out without generation, and each cocoon layer can be treated individually.
Depending on the quality of the steel, the same treatment can be repeated over and over again, so the treatment can be changed in a timely manner depending on the aspect of each lot.

Note that by connecting a pressure cylinder of carbon dioxide or the like to the bleed pipe and pressurizing carbon dioxide or the like into the image processing container according to the image quality, it is possible to chemically treat the cocoon layer and change the properties of the treated water.
