Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the water draining property of a louver at the air outlet of the titled heat exchanger and to reduce the hazard of freezing of the heat exchanger by a method wherein the blades of the louver are inclined downward gradually along the flow direction of air. CONSTITUTION:A number of louver blades are formed on the corrugated fins 4 by cutting in the fins interposed among the spaces defined by parallel sections of a zigzag flat pipe 1 of the corrugated fin type heat exchanger. In this case, the corrugated fins 4 are arranged aslant with respect to the direction 6 of the flow of air and the louver blades 5a at the air outlet 5a of the heat exchanger are made lower in position gradually along the direction 6. With the above structure, water 7 adhered to the louver blades flows down easily as droplets 7a and accordingly, the quantity of water adhered to the air outlet 5a is reduced and the air outlet is ventilated well.

In the conventional fins of this type of air-cooled J+3 heat exchanger, the louvers of the fin rims are cut into rectangular shapes in order to improve the heat transfer efficiency. However, since the louver at the air outlet end was horizontal, it was difficult to drain water and there was a risk of freezing.

In the present invention, the air outlet end is gradually lowered along the direction of the air flow so that the force of the air flow pulling on the water and the direction of the gravity of the water are in the same direction. 1. Characteristics: 1. Features:

以下、本発明の一実施例をM1図以下により説明する。Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. M1 and subsequent figures.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the corrugated pipe 7M exchangeable at Kirk-2 when applied as a river fish generator. In the figure, 1 is a serpentine flat type, 2 is an inlet header, 3 is an outlet header, and 4 is a corrugated fin arranged parallel to the flat part 1. The corrugated fin 4 used in this heat exchanger is bent as shown in Figure 2, and has a large number of louvers 5 cut out. Figure 3 r 21st tu-
In this figure, the corrugated pipe 4 is inclined with respect to the air flow direction 6. Figure 4 is an enlarged view of the third circle of shame, and the looper 5a at the air outlet end is gradually lowered along the air flow direction 6, so the enclosed water 7 flows. It is easily affected and falls as water droplets 7a. The amount of water adhering to the used air outlet end 5a is smaller than that of conventional fins.
