点があった。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (1) Technical field to which the invention pertains The present invention relates to a mounting device for die-cast parts for producing parts such as rotors for rotating electric machines by a pull-down die-casting method. 2) Prior art and its problems Figure 1 shows an example of a conventional rotor manufacturing device. ! Mold J is a movable plate, 4 is a movable mold fixed to the movable plate 3, 5 is a gold fij, 1 core 6 is inserted into 4, molten metal is poured from pouring port 1, and the molten metal is poured with plunger 1. 9 indicates a product that is molded by press-fitting. 9 is a knockout t4 which is fixed to the insertion plate XO*Iic of the extrusion device 10 and is inserted into the hole of the movable metal [14] to extrude the product 5. The second movable platen 1, on which the molten metal is injected and the product I is formed, operates, and the product 5 is extruded from the movable metal 114), and the product 5 is taken out, and the product 5 shown in FIG. -), the runner portion 11 is separated using a predetermined knife. This method has disadvantages in that the launch portion 11 is cut with a knife after molding, resulting in poor productivity and the possibility of damage or deformation of the product.

(4) Purpose of the Invention Structure The present invention is characterized in that the product forming part of a die-casting mold into which molten metal is press-fitted is a movable mold, and one member corresponding to the launch part is moved in a direction intersecting the pouring path in conjunction with opening and closing of the mold. It has a structure that slides, and is characterized by the separation of the launch part and the tip of the product using the mold opening.
(5) Embodiment of the Invention In FIGS. 3 and 4, horizontal portions of an embodiment of the present invention are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed explanation thereof will be omitted.

! The tooth 11 at the tip of the piston rod 14 is integrated into the empty space of the movable mold 13. The extrusion device 12 is a solenoid valve I.
018 is shown in Fig. 5(a) to apply pressure fluid from the pressure source 11 by C to move the piston port i'J4 back and forth.
= (1+), (@) is formed as shown in detail, and moves in the drawing direction together with the movable platen 1 when the mold is opened and closed.
Guide monkey. 20 is guided by Anze crystal pin 19 and operates? -) The opening that fixes the position of plate 18 when closing the mold, King Pro, has some quirks. 21 is a mandrel for fixing the core C; in this case, it is hollow; 2j is a fixing mold in this case, which is similar to the above-mentioned "Angi-to-Uru Bin III";
The fixed plate IK is inclined in one direction as shown in the figure and is protrudingly provided, and penetrates the fixed mold 22.

.. The product 5 is molded by injecting it into the mold 22 through the r-doped plate 18. After molding, the mold is opened as shown in FIG. 3, and the movable mold 11 is moved back in the direction shown in the drawing. At this time, the plate 18 is guided by the unimrabin 19 and moved in the direction B shown in the drawing, forming the product 5 and ff'. -) The plate 18 is sheared and separated. Then, the solenoid valve 16 is actuated, and the pressure fluid from the pressure source 11 acts to move the piston rod 14 forward. The r-t and launch portions adhering to the r,-) plate 1-8 are pushed out with a pad 15 and removed.
