【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は自動縫製機に係り、特に縫合用布地のそれぞれ
上布、下布を別々の駆動用ローラによって布送り方向と
直角な方向へくり出して位置制御すると共に縫合された
曲線の布端部からの距離に関しても自在に変化できるよ

線をドラム体外周へ記録、設置することにより上、下布

Claims (1)
には縫合用曲線が記録されてなるドラム体と、同ドラム
体表面に対向して配設され前記縫合用曲線からの布送り
方向(X方向とする)に直角な方向(Y方向とする)へ
のずれに対応した出力信号を発する第1の検出ヘッドと
、同検出ヘッドからの出力により同検出ヘッドを前記縫
合用曲線と一致するように同検出ヘッドおよびその支持
部材をY方向へ駆動するサーボ駆動部と、前記支持部材
に取付けられミシン針のX方向手前側にて縫合用上布の
上方および下布の下方に配設されそれぞれ上、下布各端
部からのY方向のいずれに対応した出力信号を発する一
対の第2の検出ヘッドと、同検出ヘッドの近傍にて前記
上布と下布の間に配置固定された薄板状部材と、同薄板
状部材の上面側へ置かれた上布に押圧接触しその回動に
より同上布をY方向へくり出す第1のローラと、前記薄
板状部材の下面側へ置かれた下布に抑圧接触しその回動
により同下布をY方向へくり出す第2のローラと、前記
第2の検出ヘッドの上布用検出ヘッド出力によって前記
第1のローラを所定方向に回動する第1のサーボモータ
および下布用のヘッド出力によって前記第2のローラを
所定方向に回動する第2のサーボモータとからなること
