記ロッカアームの背面に略沿って配設され、上記背面に
支点接触するとともに、中央部を揺動可能に軸支された
レバーと、シリンダヘッドに固設され、上記レバーの一
端を支持してバルブクリアランスを零とする油圧リフタ
