  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　少なくとも１つのタンク群を貫通して入口管と該入
    口管から離れた他のタンク群とを接続する挿入管を有す
    る積層型蒸発器において、前記入口管側に開口する挿入
    管の一端を外広がりとして、前記入口管が結合された成
    形プレーナに形成の入口側挿入孔の周囲に係合すると共
    に、他のタンク群細に開口する挿入管の他端を成形プレ
    ートに形成の出口側挿入孔にゆるく挿入したことを特徴
    とする積層型蒸発器。・ ２　挿入管の一端は入り管に当接したことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の積層型蒸発器。
