る赤熱筒５を備え、更に赤熱筒５外方を耐熱性熱透過物
質から成る透明筒２６で覆うと共に該透明筒２６背面に
は反対板２９を備えたものに於いて、前記赤熱筒５は周
壁に多数の小孔１１を有した外筒１５と該外筒１５内方
に位置し外筒１５上部の上外部１４との間に上端閉塞で
下方に流入路１９を有した上蓄熱室２０を形成し且つ下
部の下外筒１２との間には上方を区割板１６で閉塞し下
方を開口した下蓄熱室１７を形成した内筒２２とから構
成し、更に少なくとも内筒２２上部の上外部１４と対向
する外壁面には赤熱抑制層２３を形成した事を特徴とす
