【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はディスク型サーモスタットに関し、確実に動作
するディスク型サーモスタットを提供しようとするもの
である。

従来、ディスク型サーモスタットは第1図に示すように
、先端に可動接点1を固着した接点バネ2および固定接
点3を絶縁ケース4に端子5と共に固定し、この絶縁ケ
ース4の上面に電気絶縁性の伝達棒6を遊嵌する絶縁物
からなるガイド体7を載置し、さらにこのガイド体7に
皿形バイメタル8を遊嵌せしぬ、この上から金属製キャ
ップ9により、皿形バイメタル8を遊嵌せしめたままガ
イド体7を絶縁ケース4と共にかしめたものであつた。
