字筒形状からなるケース１に、その出力側に感温
ペレツト２を、入力側に絶縁ブツシング３をそれ
ぞれ収納し、かつ、その底面にリード端子４を圧
着し、一方、開口からリード端子５を内方向に絶
縁ブツシング３に貫挿し、その開口を封口樹脂６
で閉塞し、更に、前記感温ペレツト２と絶縁ブツ
シング３との間に可動接片部７を出力側で上部ば
ねガイド８と下部ばねガイド９で挾持した強圧縮
ばね１０と入力側の弱圧縮ばね１１とを介して収
納し、しかも、上部ばねガイド８にリード端子５
の固定接触部１２を接触させるようにした温度ヒ
ユーズにおいて、 前記下部ばねガイド９を頭部１３と脚部１４と
から構成し、感温ペレツト２の上面に下部ばねガ
イド９の脚部１３を垂直に押圧固定し、一方、上
部ばねガイド８を頭部１３と脚部１４とから構成
し、前記頭部１３の周縁に可動接片部７を一体に
設けるとともに、頭部１３の上面中央に固定接触
部１２の形状に対応した凹部１５を設け、上部ば
ねガイド８の脚部１４と下部ばねガイド９の脚部
１４との各々の中心線を同一線上に位置させ、可
動接片部７の縁面をケース１の内周面に均一に接
