Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a cleaning effect, by making a head cleaning member press-contact with a head drum elastically owing to displacement of fitting part which is fitted into a reel driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a cleaning cassette 1 is loaded to a VTR and a switch of a rewinding mode is turned on, a take-up reel shaft of the VTR side is rotated at a high speed, a fitting member 2 which is fitted into or pressed against said shaft is rotated counter-clockwise, and a lever 8 is displaced counter-clockwise through a lead tape 12. As a result, one end 8a of the lever 8 extrudes a supporting plate 6, a cleaning member 7 is pressed against the circumferential surface of the drum, and the head facing on the same circumferential surface as the drum is cleaned. When reel driving force is gone, the lever 8 is returned to its original state by energizing force of a spring 9.

Conventionally, magnetic tape recording and reproducing equipment [(hereinafter abbreviated as VTR)]
Since the magnetic head is displaced at high speed while in contact with the magnetic tape, the magnetic layer and pace surface of the magnetic tape are scraped, and the scraped particles and dust in the air are resistant to adhesion to the magnetic head. Inevitable.

Conventionally, it has been considered to use cleaning tape as a method for removing such stains. However, if these cleaning tapes are used for more than a certain period of time (approximately 1° second), the performance of the head itself may deteriorate due to head abrasion, which may shorten the service life. The disadvantage is that the vehicle must be run for hours.

In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a cleaning member that is applied -f111 pressure to the head by the reel driving force of the VTR when a cassette is installed in the VTR. The cleaning time by the cleaning member can be kept to about VC5~]0 seconds at all times. Such an auto-shutoff function is normally achieved by a circuit configuration that causes the VTR to enter the stop mode using a plunger or the like after a predetermined period of time (about several seconds) has elapsed after the tape reel stand has stopped.

Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning member is elastically pressed against the head l/lj by the driving force of the reel stand, so that relatively thick materials such as chamois, felt, malt plain, etc. Since the head can be cleaned with a smooth material, there is less chance of damaging the head.

Also, since the cleaning member is simply pressed against the head using the driving force of the reel stand, and the cleaning member is in a slick position due to the influence of loading and unropping ink, it is difficult to perform any operation on the VTR. However, it will not damage the tape running system or the head, and there is no need to worry about incorrect operation.

Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning member is configured so that it can be attached and detached from the cassette with a single touch.
If the cleaning/gluing member becomes dirty, it can be easily replaced.

Furthermore, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the entire driving force of the reel stand is used to press the cleaning part against the head with a pinch roller in between, so that there is no displacement inside the cassette. It is possible to suppress the amount of displacement of the target member to a small value.

2 is a hub on the take-up side, which engages with the take-up reel drive shaft on the VTR side when a cassette is loaded in the VTRK;
It rotates counterclockwise in the figure in response to the driving force of the moving shaft. These are the holes or four parts into which the supply reel drive shaft on the VTR side is loosely fitted when a 3-cassette is loaded into the V'rRK. Of course, it is also possible to cross the hub on the supply side. A pinch roller 4 is supported at one end of an arm elastically supported on a loading ring (not shown). 5 is a guide drum,
A rotating magnetic head (not shown) faces its peripheral surface. 6
is an elastic support plate made of synthetic resin such as polyester, and is coated with, for example, adhesive so that it can be attached to and detached from the cassette housing 1 with a single touch. Reference numeral 7 denotes a cleaning member made of felt, chamois, etc., provided on the surface of the support plate facing the drum. Reference numeral 8 denotes a lever as an interlocking member, which is rotatably supported by a shaft 10.

When the cleaning power set according to the present invention is loaded into the VTR and the REW) mode switch is turned on, the take-up reel on the VTIt side rotates at high speed, and the retaining member 2 held or pressed against it rotates at high speed. Rotates counterclockwise in the figure. Therefore, the lever 8 is displaced counterclockwise in the figure via the lead tape 12.

Further, in this embodiment, the lever 8Fi as an interlocking member is configured to be driven by the rotational displacement of the take-up side hub, but it goes without saying that it may be driven by the supply side hub. In that case, cleaning is performed when the rewind switch is turned on. Alternatively, the l/bar may not be used as the interlocking member, and the support plate and the IJ-ning member may be pushed out by a sliding member. Furthermore, the cleaning member may not be provided on the cassette housing, but may be provided directly on the tip of the interlocking member.

Also, cleaning member 7. Support plate 6. The lever 8 and the like are designed to affect the pinch roller 4 and the rope ink post 13, so that even if a loading or unloading operation is performed due to an incorrect operation, the roller 4, the rope ink post 13, etc. Therefore, even if a fast rewind mode other than the fast forward mode, recording mode, eject mode, stop mode, etc. is performed by mistake, the present invention has the great advantage that it will not affect the VTRK as well. is obtained.

又、ヘッドを傷める事もないという効果もある。Another advantage is that the head will not be damaged.

Note that the buffer plate 14 may be a thin plate made of synthetic resin or the like, and is fixed to the cassette housing. Also, as a result, the pinch roller 4, which is elastically supported by a loading ring (not shown) and an arm (not shown), is pushed toward the drum (FIG. 2, 6)), thereby indirectly pushing out the support plate 6. It is structured like this.

This configuration is effective for example in a type of VTR in which the pinch roller enters inside the rectangle formed by the outer periphery of the cassette when the cleaning cassette is loaded in the VTR. As a result, the lever 8 will not protrude into the notch of the cassette, and the lever 8 will not hit the loading mechanism etc. when loading the cassette and will not interfere with loading.
There is also less risk of affecting the unloading operation.
