Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　空室３を形成している本体１、外周部が前記本体１
    側に保持され前記空室３を第１の室４と第２の室５とに
    仕切っているダイヤフラム７、前記ダイヤフラム７に固
    着され、一端に弁部材１０を有する弁棒９、前記第１の
    室４内に連通し、絞り手段１４を備えた圧力通路１３、
    前記弁部材１０と協働して前記第１の室４側を大気側と
    連通遮断する前記本体１側に設けられた弁座部２、及び
    前記弁部材１０蚕前記弁座部２に付勢しているバネ手段
    ８とよりなり、前記圧力通路１３側からの減圧作用によ
    り前記第１の室４が一定量減圧され、該減圧により生起
    する前記ダイヤフラム７の押圧力が前記バネ手段８に打
    ち勝ち前記弁棒９を介して前記弁部材１０と前記弁座部
    ２との間の密接をとき、大気が前記第１の室４内に流入
    する様になすことにより、前記第１の室４内に脈圧を発
    生する様になした流体制御装置。 ２　弁棒９の他端にバルブ手段１１を設け、該バルブ手
    段１１により流体通路１８内の流体を制御する様になし
    た請求範囲第１項記載の流体制御装置。 ３　第１の室４内に大気を導入する導入通路に絞り部１
    ２を設けてなる請求範囲第１項記載の流体制御装置。
