As shown in Figure 1, the wind shielding of the suction section of conventional electrostatic precipitators was done by a plate-shaped member rotatably attached to the dust collector casing. This method has drawbacks such as deterioration of the suction effect due to malfunction and a decrease in dust collection efficiency due to turbulence of the wind due to changes in the shape of the wind shield.

以下、第1〜2図を用いて従来例を説明する。Hereinafter, a conventional example will be explained using FIGS. 1 and 2.

Reference numeral 13 denotes a wind shielding plate for blocking airflow that attempts to pass through non-dust collecting parts other than the dust collection unit 2; 14 represents a suction section windshield plate that blocks airflow that attempts to flow through the suction section 9; It is rotatably fixed to the dust collector casing 1.

In the above configuration, when dust collection is performed, the fine particles in the dust-containing air flowing in from the inflow side are removed by the dust collection principle of the well-known two-stage electrostatic precipitator, as shown in Figure 1. Accordingly, the dust is charged by the charging section 4 of the dust collection unit 2 and collected by the dust collection section 5 at the subsequent stage.

In this case, the airflow is blocked by the wind shield plate 13 and the suction part wind shield plate 14 so that it does not flow to parts other than the dust collection unit 2 where dust collection is not possible.

Next, the dust collected in the dust collection unit 2 is periodically blown off by the air flow blown out from the air nozzle 6, and is sucked through the suction duct 11 from the suction port 10 by a suction fan or the like (not shown). The dust is collected in another dust collector such as a bag filter.

In this case, the dust that is about to accumulate on the bottom of the dust collector is carried up to the suction port by the airflow blown out from the bottom cleaning air nozzle 8, pushing up the suction section wind shield 14.

However, in this case, due to the accumulation of dust on the rotating part of the suction section wind shield 14 due to long-term operation, malfunction of the suction section wind shield 14 due to corrosion, etc., the suction effect deteriorates and the shape of the suction section wind shield changes. This method has disadvantages such as a decrease in dust collection efficiency due to the turbulence of the air flow.

15 has a front end located in the center of the suction port 10, a rear end located in front of the bottom of the dust collection unit 2, and both lateral ends fixed to the wall surface of the suction part 9, and is a suction part shield provided in the suction part 9. This is a wind plate, which replaces the suction section wind shield plate 14 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.

With the above configuration, when dust collection is performed, the incoming airflow is blocked by the resistance due to the curved shape of part A, as shown in Figure 3, and the airflow is reduced because there is no sudden change in shape. Disturbance can also be prevented.

On the other hand, when dust is removed, the removed dust can be suctioned from the upper and lower parts of the suction section windshield plate 15 without any obstruction, and since it is not rotatably supported, there is no deterioration of the suction effect due to malfunction, etc. produces the effect of

In this way, according to the present invention, the front end is located in the center of the suction port.
The rear end is located at the front of the bottom of the dust collection unit, and both lateral ends are fixed to the wall of the suction section to form a suction section windshield plate, so the dust that has been dusted off is smoothly suctioned and discharged, and the suction section is blocked. This has the effect of eliminating malfunctions of the wind plate.
