The dust collector lower box 57 is of a circular box structure and comprises a dust collector lower box shell 60, a dust collector lower box upper opening sealing ring 62 is installed on an upper end edge opening in the dust collector lower box shell 60 and is hermetically connected with the dust collector middle box 24, the centrifugal guide groove 61 is installed on the inner wall of the dust collector lower box 57 in an anticlockwise downward mode and surrounds the inner wall, a lower box object side inlet guide pipe 59 is installed on the inner wall of the upper end of the dust collector lower box 57, and a lower box object side inlet guide pipe magnetic ring 58 is installed at the upper end of the lower box object side inlet guide pipe 59 and is magnetically connected with the middle box object side outlet magnetic ring 32; the side surface of the bottom end of the outer side of the dust collector lower box 57 is provided with a dust collector lower box garbage discharge port 63 and a dust collector lower box garbage discharge port sealing cover 64, and a dust collector caster 65 is arranged below the bottom plate of the dust collector.
The cleaner mop rod 66 is of a long rod structure, a mop rod handle 68, a control switch 67, a cleaner flexible suction pipe 69 and a connecting pipe fixing frame 73 are arranged on the rod, a cleaner mop connector 74 is arranged at the tail end of the cleaner mop rod, and a connecting pipe 72 of the cleaner flexible suction pipe 69 is arranged on the connecting pipe fixing frame 73; a cleaner mop head universal joint 76 is connected below the cleaner mop connector 74, a cleaner mop head universal joint spring 75 is mounted outside the cleaner mop head universal joint 76, and the lower end of the cleaner mop head universal joint spring is connected with a cleaner universal joint fixing frame 77; the control switch 67 is mounted on the sweeper mop rod 66.

The specific working principle of the structural design is as follows:
the cleaner mop connecting head is connected with the dust collector cleaner universal joint fixing frame through a cleaner mop universal joint, the cleaner can be driven by a cleaner mop rod and controlled to complete multidirectional steering and guide cleaning, and the cleaner scraper mainly concentrates dirt cleaned or washed on the ground and sucks the dirt into the middle box through a cleaner air suction pipe; the cleaner water inlet hose communicating pipe mainly supplies water of the main machine water tank to the cleaner through the cleaner water inlet hose so as to spray water to the ground; the sweeper is provided with a sweeper universal wheel adjusting screw which is mainly used for adjusting the parallelism of the sweeper scraping plate in contact with the ground, so that the sweeper is convenient to clean; the sweeper supporting spring mainly adjusts and balances the ground pressure of the sweeper brush during working, the sweeper water inlet hose joint is connected with the sweeper water inlet hose through the sweeper control switch, water is sprayed under the driving of a sweeper motor rotor, the sweeper brush cleans the ground, and the sweeper fabric cleaning comb cleans the fabric and hair of the sweeper brush when the sweeper rotates. The blower air inlet hose interface is communicated with a blower air pipe joint through a blower air inlet hose, the exhaust pipe pressure adjusting air door is adjusted through a control switch, compressed hot air enters the blower expansion pipe through the blower air pipe joint (tee joint) and the blower air inlet hose, and then is subjected to noise reduction treatment with a blow pipe through a blower silencer sleeve and the blower, and is uniformly blown to the ground to dry the cleaned ground, so that cleaning work is completed.
The upper dust remover box, the middle dust remover box and the lower dust remover box are hermetically connected to form a closed whole, wherein a low-noise vacuum pump is adopted for pumping air, so that the whole interior is in a negative pressure state.
When the dust collector works, sucked air containing impurities enters the square centrifugal spiral pipe, heavier impurities (or water) move to the outer side under the action of centrifugal force, the air containing less impurities is arranged at the inner side, and the air containing more impurities at the outer side is led into a lower box from an outlet at the object side of the square centrifugal spiral pipe along the outer wall of the square centrifugal spiral pipe and is led into the lower box through a connected square-circle transition connecting pipe, a magnetic ring at the outlet at the object side of the middle box and the like; because the section of the outlet at the object side is smaller, the air volume containing more impurities entering the lower box is smaller, and the section of the middle box is relatively larger, the air containing a small amount of impurities entering the lower box removes the deposited impurities, the air entering the middle box is less, the air rising speed is slower due to the larger area, and the precipitation of the impurities is more facilitated; most of the air with less impurities on the inner side reaches the air side outlet of the square centrifugal spiral pipe, directly returns to the middle box, and then rises to enter the floating dust collecting device.
The air filtered by the middle box enters the dust removing bag through the upper box air inlet pipe and the dust removing cloth bag air inlet pipe; the dust removal bag adopts a filter bag with a larger size, so that the transparent area of the dust removal bag is increased, and the service time is prolonged; the low noise vacuum pump inhales the negative pressure that produces at the last case, makes the middle-sized case pass through the air after filtering and gets into in the dust removal sack through last case intake pipe, and the air after filtering passes through the peripheral space of dust removal bag, dust removal bag box with a net, gets into the vacuum pump import, and vacuum pump exhaust's air is discharged the atmosphere through vacuum pump blast pipe branch pipe, silencer, total gas vent, and vacuum pump exhaust's air is handled through the silencer, has reduced the noise pollution to the environment. The pipe diameter of the outlet of the exhaust pipe is adjusted by using the pressure adjusting air door of the exhaust pipe, so that air higher than the atmospheric pressure is generated at the inlet side (the rear section) of the pressure adjusting air door of the exhaust pipe, and hot compressed air is provided for a water tank and a blower of a cleaning machine device through a blower pipe joint (tee joint).
The lower part of the floating dust collecting device is connected with a rotary airflow device; under the action of negative pressure, air returning to the middle box from the square centrifugal spiral pipe tangentially enters the rotary airflow device along the anticlockwise guide-in blade, and forms anticlockwise rotary airflow after entering the rotary airflow device, and the airflow ascends and enters the floating dust collecting device; the floating dust collecting device comprises floating dust collecting blades, floating dust collecting blade extension pieces, a floating dust recovery spiral plate, a floating dust collecting device outer barrel and the like, wherein the floating dust collecting blades are anticlockwise guide-out blades, and the entering anticlockwise rotating airflow, wherein heavier or slightly larger particle impurities are gathered outwards under the action of centrifugal force, the impurities enter the outer cylinder of the floating dust collecting device along the tangential direction of the floating dust collecting blade, the impurities enter the outer cylinder of the floating dust collecting device along the floating dust recovery spiral plate and the dust falling port of the floating dust collecting blade and enter the floating dust recovery pipe, the tail end of the floating dust recycling pipe is connected with the tail end of the object side outlet of the square centrifugal spiral pipe, when the airflow flows through the object side outlet of the square centrifugal spiral pipe, the floating dust recovery pipe can generate a certain negative pressure under the driving of the air flow, so that the sundries entering the floating dust recovery pipe are taken out and enter the lower box, and the secondary air-material separation is realized. Most of the air of the rotating airflow entering the floating dust collecting device passes through the conical filter screen and enters the upper box through the outlet of the middle box of the dust collector; the conical filter screen is a dense metal filter screen, plays a role in blocking light and partial particles, falls down along with the gathering and enlargement of the conical filter screen, and enters the outer cylinder of the floating dust collecting device along the floating dust collecting blades under the drive of rotating airflow; the air after the secondary separation enters an upper box air inlet pipe, enters a dust bag and a dust bag net cage, completes the filtration of tertiary air objects, finally enters a vacuum pump suction inlet, then enters a silencer and finally is discharged into the atmosphere.
The centrifugal guide groove in the lower box of the dust remover faces downwards anticlockwise and is arranged on the inner wall of the lower box of the dust remover in a surrounding manner; the upper surface of the lower box object side inlet guide pipe is connected with a middle box object side outlet guide pipe magnetic ring, the middle box object side outlet guide pipe magnetic ring is magnetically connected with the upper middle box object side outlet magnetic ring, so that air containing sundries and coming out of the middle box square centrifugal spiral pipe object side outlet enters the lower box inner ring surrounding centrifugal guide groove along the tangential direction of the lower box object side inlet guide pipe, the air containing the sundries rotates along the inner wall, and the sundries are deposited and gathered downwards. When cleaning, the lower box can be detached to clean sundries, and the sundries can be poured out from a garbage discharge port of the lower box of the dust collector after being cleaned.
