抵抗を減少させる方法が行われている。In general, in a truck or the like, as shown in FIG. 1, a front portion 3' of a cargo platform 2 protrudes above the rear of a driver's cab 1. As a result, as can be seen from the arrows indicating the air flow during driving, when driving, the front section 3 receives air resistance due to the wind ridges K, and the air flow whose path is disturbed by the front section 3. Due to the accompanying turbulence, the air resistance increased to 5! : This has the disadvantage that the fuel consumption for driving becomes very inefficient. Therefore, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages, a wind guide plate forming a slope between the front end of the roof of the driver's cab 1 and the upper end of the front surface 3 of the loading platform 2 has been conventionally installed to reduce air resistance. Methods are being developed to reduce this.

The disadvantage is that the baffle plate itself vibrates due to the large wind pressure applied to it. In addition, as a result, the wind guide plate becomes easily deformed and damaged, and there are disadvantages such as loosening at the Km attachment point, which poses a major problem in terms of durability and safety.Furthermore, As a means to prevent the vibration of the wind guide plate due to the wind pressure as described above, a number of holes are provided on the wind guide plate to reduce the wind pressure applied to the wind guide plate. In that case, more air than necessary flows into the baffle plate, which is supposed to rectify the air flow, resulting in the inconvenience that the baffle plate's original function is not fully fulfilled. A problem arises in that the flowing air is turbulent and pressure is applied to the wind guide plate, making it impossible to suppress vibrations.

In FIG. 3, which is a line sectional view, reference numeral 5 denotes an air guide plate, which is formed by an air guide part 6 and a side part 7. To explain the shape of the wind guiding part 6, as shown in FIG.
Smooth song i from the 6th point of the standing part! ! ? "It has a continuous slope part 6B and a horizontal part 6Ct which continues from the slope part 6B with a smooth curved pipe and extends horizontally. Also, the above-mentioned standing part 6 people and the ceiling part 6C have a driver's cab l As an example of the specific shape of the loading platform 2, as shown in FIG. If the horizontal part 6Ct is formed to be located parallel to the ceiling of the loading platform 2, or on a plane parallel to the ceiling of the loading platform 2, the front surface of the driver's cab l Since a smooth and continuous surface is formed from the top of the cargo area to the ceiling of the loading platform 2, good air flow will be achieved. 8 is an air inflow hole provided on the air guide section and the upright section 6m (Figures 2 and 3), and 9 is an air outlet hole provided on the horizontal section 6C of the air guide section 6. Here, regarding the reciprocal position If relationship between the air inflow hole 8 and the air outflow hole 9, the air flowing in from the air inflow hole 8 flows as smoothly as possible and reaches the air outflow hole 9. 8 and the air outflow hole 9, respectively, are provided on the baffle plate s so that a smooth air flow path is formed between the air outlet hole 9 and the air outlet hole 9.

The above embodiment has an air inflow hole 8 and an air outflow hole 9t in the upright part 6m and horizontal part 6C, respectively. When the wind pressure tm applied to the air outflow hole 9 is reduced, the air flowing out from the busy air outflow hole 9 is guided to the rear of the baffle plate 5, so that air outflow is facilitated. It is a guide nozzle, and its shape may be a semi-dome shape that covers the air outlet hole 9 as shown in FIG. Various other shapes may be considered as long as the shape can guide the air to the rear of the baffle plate 5. 1. In FIG. 3, a cut is made in a part of the horizontal part 6C of the air guide part 6, and the part is pushed upward and deformed to form a semi-dome shape as shown in FIG. 5 at the same time as the air outlet 9. When the guide nozzle 1O1- is formed, gold is shown. - Furthermore, as the material for the baffle plate 5 described above, it is preferable to use an aluminum plate or the like or reinforced plastic (FRP) because it can be made lightweight and strong.

It flows smoothly behind the baffle plate 5 while being guided by G. At this time, open the guide nozzle IOK and air outflow hole 9K.
Since such wind pressure is shielded, air can flow out without any resistance. In this case, according to the above-mentioned implementation, since the air inflow hole 8 is provided in the part of the standing portion 6m where the air hits the strongest, air inflow is performed better and the wind pressure applied to the baffle plate 5K is effectively reduced. It will be easily understood that in the above embodiment, air inlet holes 8 are formed in the upright part 6m and the horizontal part 6C of the baffle plate 5 having the five shapes described above. Although the case where the air outflow hole 9 is provided is shown, it is not limited to this, and the air inflow hole 8 and the air outflow hole 9t-R order are provided so that the air guide plate has the above-mentioned mva relationship. It goes without saying that other things can also be covered by the present invention.
