DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for removing a cable of a lashing cable line formed by winding a lashing wire around a cable support line and a cable in a coil shape at an appropriate pitch. The cable, which has been separated from the cable support line by the cable support line, is temporarily supported by moving metal wheels placed at appropriate intervals along the cable support line, and then the cable is removed from one end of the cable. This invention relates to a method of collecting a cable onto a winding frame or the like by an appropriate method while sliding it on the rollers of a car.

To remove and recover the lashing cable, due to the structure of the cable line, the cable support wire and the lashing wire wrapping the cable must be suspended from the cable support wire and attached to the tip of the leading metal wheel being towed. It is unrolled by a collection rod, and is successively separated from the cable support line by multiple moving metal wheels connected to the leading metal wheel with ropes of appropriate lengths and suspended from the cable support line. After the cable is once supported by a movable metal wheel at appropriate intervals, the cable supported by the movable metal wheel roller is wound onto a winding frame or the like from one end by an appropriate method and collected.

In other words, it consists of the following steps: 1. The process of winding the lashing wire back with the advance metal wheel, 2. The process of temporarily laying the cable with the moving metal wheel, and 4. The process of collecting this cable.

本発、明はこのうち■と■とに関するものである。The present invention relates to (1) and (2) among these.

Conventionally, the method for removing lashing wires when removing cables from lashing lines is as shown in Figure 1, where a leading wire wheel 1 and a required number of moving wire wheels 2 are hung on a cable support line 4 on a utility pole 3, and at the same time, the cables are removed again. The cable 5 is placed on the rollers of the advance metal wheel 1 and the moving metal wheel 2, and the lashing wire 6 that is wrapped around the cable support line 4 and cable 5 is removed by the advance metal wheel 1. When the leading metal wheel 1 is pulled by the pulling rope 7, the first moving metal wheel 2, which is connected to the leading metal wheel 1 by the connecting rope 8, moves following the leading metal wheel 1, and the connecting rope 8 is fully extended, the second movable gold wheel 2 out of all the movable gold wheels 2 connected to each other by the connecting rope 8 also starts to move, and the distance between the first and second movable gold wheels 2 and 2 begins to move. When the connecting rope 8 is fully extended, the third moving gold wheel 2 also begins to move.

In such a method, each mobile wheel 2 is connected to a cable support line 4.
Since the weight of the cable that is about to be removed and suspended is supported, the cable is sequentially pulled and moved, so that as the number of movable metal wheels 2 increases, the pulling force increases linearly.

In order to move the movable metal wheel 2, it is necessary to overcome the frictional resistance between the movable metal wheel 2 and the cable support line 4 and the frictional resistance between the movable metal wheel 2 and the cable 5 and pull it.

Particularly when using 30 or more movable wheels on a long-span track, an extremely large traction force is required to move the movable wheel near the rear, creating great difficulty. However, the cable may sway, which can sometimes cause the moving metal wheel to overturn.Furthermore, it not only damages the moving metal wheel, pulling rope, etc., but also makes it difficult to work smoothly and reduces efficiency. This was developed in order to eliminate the drawbacks, and it holds a plurality of movable metal wheels connected with a leading metal wheel and each other with ropes of appropriate length, and is capable of sliding freely on the cable support line, and is designed to prevent the movable metal wheels from falling off. A movable metal wheel pull-out rod with a plurality of protrusions on the side is arranged on the advance metal wheel, and by towing the advance metal wheel, the movable metal wheel is successively placed from the pull-out rod to the cable support line, and the moving metal wheel is successively placed on the cable support line. By temporarily holding the cable to be removed on the rollers of a car, we have overcome the drawbacks of the conventional method where the length of the cable to be removed becomes longer and the traction force of the preceding metal wheel increases as the number of movable metal wheels increases. This invention provides a method for removing cables, and examples thereof will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

As explained in detail above, a method of placing a moving metal wheel on a leading metal wheel provided with a moving metal wheel pull-out rod of the present invention and suspending the mobile metal wheel from a cable support line one after another as the leading metal wheel advances. According to the paper, compared to the conventional method of holding the moving metal wheel on the cable support line from the beginning, the force required to pull the moving metal car and the leading metal car is significantly reduced. There is no risk of damage to the cables, and the efficiency of removing lashing wires and recovering cables can be significantly improved.
