Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an agricultural film having improved anti-fogging durability, by coloring an agricultural film contg. a drip-proofing agent black, and adjusting its light transmittance to a specified value. CONSTITUTION:In an agricultural film contg. a drip-proofing agent, the film is colored black and its light transmittance is adjusted to 30% or above. The reason why anti-fogging durability is improved by coloring the agricultural film contg. a drip-proofing agent black, is thought to be that by coloring the film black the temperature of the film itself is raised by sunlight in the daytime, water is hardly condensed on the surface of the film, the durability of the drip- proofing agent is improved and hence anti-fogging effect is maintained. When light transmittance is less than 30%, the amount of light to be transmitted is insufficient and the film can not be used effectively. The film having a light transmittance of 70% or above can be used as ordinary agricultural covering material. The film having a light transmittance of 30-70% can be used as a sunproofing agricultural covering material for soft vegetables, paddy nursery and shiitake (mushroom) culture.

Traditionally, it has been done to store vegetables and paddy rice in a field covered with agricultural film, but the light transmittance decreases due to water droplets on the agricultural film. There are nine problems in which vegetables and water S do not grow sufficiently, and water droplets attached to agricultural film fall onto vegetables and rice, causing damage to the crops and causing disease.

In order to solve this problem, agricultural film was manufactured from a resin composition containing a drip-proofing agent such as vine and tan ester. The agricultural film containing a drip-proofing agent obtained in this way was preferable because it did not cause condensation of water droplets (good anti-fogging properties) compared to conventional agricultural films, but the anti-fogging properties did not last long. However, there was a drawback that the m-sexuality deteriorated in a short period of time.

The drip-proofing agent is a nonionic surfactant, such as norbit, norbitan, sorbitol, glycerin, diglycerin, polyglycerin, or a combination of sorbitan, norbitan, and glycerin, a polyhydric alcohol component, and an aliphatic or aromatic carboxylic acid ester. Any material may be used as long as it can be generally used as a drip-proofing agent for agricultural films.

A method for coloring agricultural film in a black color is to mix a black colored side pipe into the synthetic resin compound to be manufactured into a film tube in advance, and then form the film into a film using a 7F tube calender with this colorant-containing synthetic resin compound. It may be used as an agricultural film colored black, or it may be made into a film using a compound machine calendar etc. without adding a coloring agent, and the resulting colorless and transparent film may be dyed in a film tube, etc. Although it is possible to color the film with a black coloring agent, it is preferable to use an agricultural film obtained by pre-blending it into a black-colored side tube synthetic resin compound because it has better durability against decolorization, and is preferable. What is the colorant of the system?
It is clear that it is substantially black, but it is not necessarily pure black and may contain other colors, such as red or blue colorants.

The amount of black O colorant added must be such that the light transmittance of the agricultural film is 150% or more.If the light transmittance is 30% or more, there will be insufficient light and the coating material for plant growth will be used. Those with a light transmittance of 70% or more can be used as ordinary agricultural covering materials, and the light transmittance is atso~70%. 4oFi*
It can be used as an agricultural covering material for growing vegetables, rice seedlings, and shiitake mushrooms.

Since the agricultural film of the present invention with excellent anti-fogging durability is formed as described above, it is simply added with a drip-proofing agent.
The anti-fog effect was about 2 to 3 times better than that of the original film. Improved anti-fog durability During the day, the temperature of the film itself increases due to sunlight, causing dew condensation on the film surface. It is also thought that this will continue. [Since the I agent is easily dissipated during the day when the temperature is high, the dissipation of the drip-proofing agent is greatly reduced in the case of the agricultural film of the present invention, which has excellent anti-fogging properties and has dew condensation on the film in the mouth. It will become.

A drip-proofing agent-containing agricultural vinyl film colored black with a light transmittance of 7ON was obtained from a vinyl chloride resin composition having the above formulation. ? When the agricultural vinyl film No. 1 - was used in a Harris for plant cultivation, #1 almost no dew condensation occurred in areas exposed to sunlight during the day and no cloudy weather occurred. Furthermore, the anti-fogging effect was not lost even after 6 months, and the anti-fogging effect was excellent in durability. Anti-fog durability measurement result tube! Shown below.

Comparative Example A colorless and transparent agricultural film 1 was obtained by adding the vinyl chloride resin composition described in the example in the same manner as in the example except that carbon black was removed. When this product was used in a plant cultivation house in the same manner as in the pipe example, it exhibited relatively good antifogging properties1 at first, but after 6 months of use, no antifogging effects were shown at all. Measurement results of anti-fog durability are shown in 1*.
