向に係合し前記ホルダーを進退可能に貫通して前記マニ
ホールドに設けられた第1の油圧クッションに連結する
ピンと、上記外側絞すダイの内側にその内周と一定間隔
を成す如く配置され前記ホルダーを進退可能に貫通する
ピンを介□して前記マニホールドに設けた第2の油圧ク
ッションと連結する内側絞りポンチと、この内側絞りポ
ンチの下面と対向するように配置されその外周と嵌合し
て内側絞りグイとなる内周及び前記外側絞すダイの内周
と嵌合して外側絞りポンチとなる外周を有する絞り加工
部材と、この絞り加工部材の外周に前記外側絞りグイの
加圧方向に対し所定の反発力を生じる如く進退可能に嵌
合するグイとを備え、前記第1の油圧クッションの強さ
をシワ押え力より大きな値に設定し、また第2の油圧ク
ッションの強さを内側絞り力より大きく設定したことを
特徴とする金型装置。
