Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 目的 片刃鋸に於て、帯状の金属板を長さ方向に二つに折り曲
げ、刃板の背縁に挾み付けることが一般に行はれている
。
これは鋸を使用中刃板が撓曲しないように補強の為行は
れるのである。
而して鋸を使って木材を切断するに際し、先づ木材に水
平状及び垂直状の墨線をひき、刃板をこの線に合致させ
て挽くのである。
処が刃板の背縁に補強片を附設しであると、これが邪魔
になって鋸の上方から刃板の位置が見えず、刃板が正し
く墨線に合致しているかどうか矯め見ることが困難なの
で、刃板をや・傾けるか、或は大体の見当をつけて挽く
よりいたし方がなく、これでは正確な鋸断が望まれず又
作業の能率を阻害することにもなる。
本案はこのような従来の不便を除く為工夫したものであ
って、鋸の補強片の一部を欠除することにより、挽断の
際、刃板及び墨線を正確に合致させることを目的とする
もので゛ある。
構成 １、刃板１の背縁に沿って、帯状の金属板を二つに折り
曲げて成る補強片２を挾み附ける。
この補強片の片側のほぼ中央部を、適宜の幅に切除し、
空欠部３とする（第１図）。
２、補強片２の両側の、相互にＭＰする個処を、適宜の
幅に切除することにより鉄片の両側に空欠部３．４を設
ける（第２．３．４図）。
作用効果 鋸をつかって、墨線で施した木材の切断作業をするに際
し、刃板を墨線に合致させて挽断するのであるが、本案
にては鋸の補強片２の片側又は両側に空欠部３，４を設
けであるから作業者は鋸の上方から、空欠部３，４を透
して刃板と墨線の位置状況を見ることができ、刃板を正
しく墨線に合致させて挽くことができる。
依て木材を墨縄の線に沿って正確に鋸断てきると共に作
業が容易に且つ迅速に行はれその能率が増進する。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は正面図、第２図は右側面図、第３図は背面図、
第４図は左側面図、第５図はＡ−Ａ断面図（拡大）、第
６図はＢ−Ｂ断面図（拡大）である。 １は刃板、２は補強片、３，４は空欠部。

  1. １．刃板１の背縁に沿って挟着した補強片２の片側のほ
    ぼ中央部を、適宜の幅に切除し、空欠部３と威したこと
    を特徴とする片刃鋸。 ２、刃板１の背縁に沿って挟着した補強片２の両側の、
    相互に＃Ｌ＠する個処を、適宜の幅に切除し、空欠部３
    ，４と威したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の片刃鋸。
