、且つ左右両側下部の合い面側に偏位させて走行輪を設
け、後部枠はその底部を前記前部枠の底部における開放
部に嵌め合うよう合い面より前部枠側へ突出させ、且つ
後部中間位置にキャスターからなる操向輪を設けた構造
