ある。Conventionally, the method for forming blocks for civil engineering is as follows: (1) Two layers of mortar, which will become the smooth surface part, and rough concrete I/material, which will become the body part, will be combined and molded, and the formwork will be inverted. (2) a so-called reversal method in which a receiving plate with a solid product shape is inserted into the formwork, and the product is removed upwards after filling with material and molding; (3) There is a so-called bottom-pull method in which a mold having a structure in which one or several products are formed is placed on a smooth receiving plate, and after filling the mold with material, the products are removed upward.

Since the composition of the concrete materials of the surface layer and the body are different, this method has the drawback that they tend to peel off from each other and weather after installation, but this method is currently widely used.
(2)の方法は成型後製品を型枠上部に押上げ脱型する

Moreover, since the sides are rough, it is not possible to make a product that is waterproof and has sufficient strength.

Although material feeding time can be shortened and products with high dimensions can be obtained, the side surface in contact with the formwork becomes a rough surface and the surface of the product lacks practicality, so it is not adopted even if it saves labor. There wasn't.

In addition, the partition plate is vibrated up and down in a different way from the formwork to obtain a product with a realistic surface.

As the sliding occurs, the paste in the concrete material oozes out onto the surface, and the partition plate slides it into the concrete material surface, so the sliding surfaces 9, 9 become beautiful sliding surfaces. .
