Traditionally, in order to maintain health, people have stepped on rubber boards, green bamboo, or stick-shaped objects that have many protrusions to promote blood circulation and activate the blood circulation, but these have different purposes. It is a special item, and there is the inconvenience of having to take it out and step on it each time.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks and makes it possible to utilize geta sandals, zori sandals, etc. (hereinafter simply referred to as geta) that can be worn for a considerable amount of time in daily life, and to utilize the time spent wearing them to maintain and manage health. In addition to this, it eliminates the need for special transportation, making it convenient to use at once.

以下、添付図面を参照し、本考案下駄の実施例につき説

Hereinafter, embodiments of the geta of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are diagrams showing an example of the geta of the present invention,
In these figures, reference numeral 1 indicates the shoe base of the geta, and 2 indicates the thong, which consists of a front clasp and a horizontal line. The same is true for geta.

In the geta having the above structure, in the illustrated example, the cross section is curved upward across the geta base part 1 over an appropriate width in the front and back including the place where the foot of the foot A is located. The front and rear horizontal grooves 4 are made of bamboo material 3 installed horizontally on one side of the base.

In this case, the longitudinal width and degree of curvature of the bamboo material 3 are appropriately selected in consideration of the degree of contact between the sole of the foot and the soil foot, but in general, existing bamboo material is used by dividing it.

Therefore, the positions of the front and rear lateral grooves 4 and 5 are not strict either, and it is desirable that they be created in accordance with the bamboo material 3.

As shown in the figure, since the bamboo material 3 has an arcuate shape on both the inner and outer surfaces, when creating the lateral grooves 4 and 5, the rear edge of the front lateral groove 4 and the front edge of the rear lateral groove 5 are further cut out. It is advantageous to keep it in place when inserting the bamboo material 3.

In addition, although one bamboo material 3 is shown in the illustrated example, two or three bamboo materials may be used, and each bamboo material 3 may be placed in two rows at the soil footing position, and one bamboo material may be placed slightly apart in front and behind the bamboo material. It is also suitable to place it near the tail to promote blood circulation.

Thus, when wearing such geta, when wearing them,
Stimulation is constantly applied to the soles of the feet, promoting blood circulation while walking and making the blood circulation better.

In the illustrated examples, the shape of the geta is shown as having teeth on the front and back, but the shape of the geta is not limited to the illustrated example as long as the same effect is not lost, and the shape of the geta is not limited to the illustrated example. It can also be applied to shapes etc.

As described above, the present invention has a convex abutting member made of bamboo material that is curved upward in an arc on a part of the geta. It is possible to promote blood circulation while walking without making any strain, and it is extremely effective in trying to maintain health at the same time in today's busy and fast-paced life.
Since the abutting member is made of arc-shaped bamboo material, it has a good foot contact unlike a protruding piece of geta material, and the bamboo material provides a stepping effect, and the bamboo material is fitted and held in the grooves at the front and back. Since it is only a single piece, it is easy to replace when it gets dirty, and when you want to change the degree of curvature, it is easy to select and use the contact member that matches it, and it also provides stimulation to the sole of the foot while being used as a support. Therefore, there is no sense of carrying around health maintenance members, and in addition, they are highly efficient in contributing to health promotion by applying stimulation on their own over a relatively long period of time, and their usefulness is highly anticipated in these days when people are clamoring for health maintenance.
