本発明は家庭、ホテル、公共施設といったあらゆる場所で履くことができるスリッパ、サンダル等の履物に関し、前後いずれの方向からも履くことができる履物に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
前後いずれの方向からも履くことができるスリッパ（両履きスリッパ）は従来からあった。従来の両履きスリッパは、底板の前後方向中央に底板を跨いでアーチ状に足掛けを設けたものとか、底板の前後両端に足先を差込み可能な妻皮形の差込み部を設けたものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の両履きスリッパのうち、底板の前後方向中央にアーチ状に足掛けを設けたものは、足掛けが足の甲の外側にしか掛からないため、歩きにくいという難点があった。底板の前後両端に妻皮形状の差込み部を設けたものは、前記スリッパよりは歩き易いが、踵を載せた方の差込み部が潰れてしまい、潰れた差込み部が潰れたままになり、逆向きに履く時は潰れた差込み部に足先側を差込みにくく、履きにくいという難点があった。

本発明の履物は前後いずれの方向からも履くことができ、履き易く、歩き易い履物を提供することにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
（実施例１）
本発明の履物の第１の実施例を図１〜図７の図面に基づいて説明する。図示した履物はスリッパである、本発明の履物はスリッパに限られず、サンダルとか他の物とすることもできる。

図１の履物は、細長い小判型の底板１の前後両端に差込み部２が形成されている。底板１は図２の様に下板１２と上板１３を２枚重ねて形成してあり、下板１２を曲がりにくい材質製として、長手方向にも幅方向にも変形しにくくし、また、重い材質、例えば、薄い金属板製として脱ぎ易くしてある。上板１３は軟質樹脂、ゴム、ウレタン、発泡樹脂のように弾性があって、履き心地の良い材質製とするのが好ましい。下板１２、上底１３はカバー１４で被覆して見栄えを良くしてある。この場合、カバー１４には、目が粗くて足が滑りにくい材質のものにすると歩き易くなる。フェルトのような温かい材質のものを使用すると冬用として使用するのに適し、畳表のような通風性が良く、冷たい材質のものを使用すると夏用として使用するのに適する。

差込み部２は妻皮形状であり、入口１０側を内側に向けて底板１に取り付けられて、底板１の前後いずれの方向からでも入口１０に足先側を差込んで履けるようにしてある。差込み部２は踵とか足で踏まれて押し潰されても元の形状に戻り易い（復元性のある）材質、厚さ等にしてある。差込み部２の先端の底板寄りにはゴムとか他の弾性材を入れて、差込み部２が潰されても形崩れしにくく、元の形状に復元し易くするのがよい。また、図２、図４に示すように差込み部２の入口側上縁８を手前（内側）に下り傾斜にして、履物を脱ぐ時に後方に引いた踵が後方の差込み部２の入口側上縁８に当たりにくくなって、脱ぎ易くなるようにしてある。更に、差込み部２は、図１、図６のように入口１０の両側１６、１７をほぼ垂直に立ち上げて横幅を広くして、足を差込み易くしてある。差込み部２は通常のスリッパのように頂部を円弧状に形成するのではなく、図５、図６のように頂部を扁平にして履き易くしてある。

また、図２、図４のように、差込み部２は入口両側に空間部６が形成され、両空間部６間に内側に突出する入口側突片２２が形成され、差込み部２が空間部６及び入口側突片２２の上からカバー７を被せてある。カバー７は空間部６の外側まではみ出すように広くして空間部６の外側に余裕をもたせ、差込み部２の入口の横幅を広くして足を差込み易く（履き易く）してある。カバー７には布、人工皮革、天然の皮革といった任意のものを使用することができるが、例えば、布とか皮革等の軟らかく、薄いものが適する。また、底板１のカバー１４と同じ材質のものであっても、異なる材質のものであっても使用可能であるが、底板１のカバー１４の材質に合わせると統一が取れてデザイン的には好ましい。カバー７は差込み部２が踏まれて押し潰されても、カバー７には潰れ癖がつきにくいため、履き易さを長期間維持することができる。また、一方の差込み部２に足先が差込まれて他方の差込み部２が踵で踏みつ潰されたときに、空間部６のカバー７が腰折れになって、差込み部２が底板１に確実に重なるため、差込み部２で踵が押し上げられる事がなく、履き易くなる。図示したカバー７の周縁部は下板１２と上板１３の間に挟んで接着材で固定してあるが、カバー７は差込み部２の素材の表面に接着剤で貼り付けたり、他の方法で固定したりすることもできる。カバー７の上には星形の飾り１１が取り付けられている。飾り１１の形状は花形、動物の形状、果実の形状、人間の形状、人間の身体の一部の形状、幾何学的な形状といった所望の形状とすることができる。

本発明の履物の第３の実施例を図８に示す。これは掛け具３として両下端部２０を前後方向に幅の広いもの（下端部２０が底板１の中央部から両差込み部２の側方まで跨る広さ）とし、下端から頂部２１に向けて幅を次第に狭くしたものが使用されている。この掛け具３も前後に開口して貫通し、前後いずれの方向からも履くことができるようにしてある。また、掛け具３の中央内面に押し潰されても復元して円弧状になる細長の補強材１８を張りつけてある。

本発明の履物の底板１は一枚でも３枚以上でも良く、材質は、軽いもの、例えば、コルクとか木、発泡樹脂等でもよい。また、軟らかいものでもよい。差込み部２は妻皮形状ではなく他の形状、構造とすることもできる。例えばテープ状とか、紐状のものを数本、組合わせて形成することもできる。差込み部２の材料も前記したものに限らず、履物に適するものであればどのようなものでも使用可能である。掛け具３の形状、構造、材質も任意に選択可能である。前記履物はスリッパの場合であるが、サンダルとか他の履物であっても同様の構造とすることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の第１の履物は次のような効果がある。
１．底板の前後両側に差込み部を設けたので、前後いずれの方向からも履くことができる。
２．前後の差込み部の間に、底板を幅方向に跨いで足を差込み可能としたアーチ状の掛け具を設けたので、掛け具が足の甲にかかり、差込み部だけの場合よりも歩き易くなる。
３．掛け具が両差込み部の間に設けられて前後いずれの方向からも足を差込み可能としてあるので、前後いずれの方向からも履き易い。
４．掛け具の細長材の下端部が差込み部の横に設けられているので、掛け具と差込み部とに一体感があり、履き易い。
５．前後の細長材の中央部（上部）同士が連結されているので、両細長材に一体感があり、履き易い。
６．掛け具が細いものであるため、掛け具が歩く時に足の動きにつれて前後に揺れて遊びができ、歩き易くなる。
７．細長材が前後の差込み部側にあるため、一本ずつを細くしても一本の場合よりは強度があり、細くした場合は、幅の広い一本のものよりは足の動きに追随して前後に動き易くなるため、履き易く、歩き易くなり、掛け具に当たる甲が痛くなることもない。
