きの型紙作成装置上に被作成物として上記二層板状体を
載せ、押罫の当る線に沿って所定幅の二条の切込線を上
記二層のうち上層だけが切込まれる深さに加工すると同
時に所定の複数個所に所定形状の第きのレーザ光切断装
置を用いて上記母材に所定パターンの溝を刻設すると同
時に上記第1の貫通孔と対応する所定の複数個所に第2
の貫通孔を形成し、次に、上記所定パターンの溝に押切
刃及び押罫を植設するとともに上記第2の貫通孔にガイ
ドビンを植設して抜型を製作し、次にこの抜型を紙加工
用機械にセットした状態で上記ガイドビンに上記二層板
状体の第1の貫通孔を嵌合し、その状態のまま二層板状
体の下層を1離除去し、残された二層板状体の上層と上
記面板を接着し、その後、その二層板状体の上層の不要
部分を除去するとともに上記ガイドビンを抜型から除去
することを特徴とする紙加工用抜型装置の製造方法0
