Therefore, the present invention provides a floating roof in which snow melting water is sprayed from a water sprinkler pipe installed around the floating roof by connecting it to a water supply pipe installed on the outside of the tank body through a joint such as a flexible hose. This relates to type tanks, and in particular, a water supply pipe is installed vertically along the side plate of the tank, and a water supply port is branched into an opening provided at the top of the side plate and the lowest part of the elevating floating roof, while the water supply pipe is On the other hand, this invention relates to a floating roof type tank in which a blind lid is considered, and water is supplied by connecting the flexible joint of the ringed sprinkler pipe to an open water supply port.

As is well known, various types of petroleum storage tanks are designed and adopted, whether above ground or underground, but due to their simple structure, design methods have been established and manufacturing is easy. So-called floating roof tanks are widely used because of their advantages such as ease of use, low cost, and easy maintenance, as well as their large capacity and good operational performance.

To deal with this, we installed a sprinkler pipe with many nozzles on the floating roof and connected it via a flexible hose to the water supply pipe that extends to the top on the outside of the side panel of the tank, supplying water and sprinkling water. has been developed as a snow melting means, but although this type of means can melt snow by spraying water when the tank is full or before and after the tank is full and when going up and down, it is possible to melt snow by spraying water when the tank is full or when the floating roof In this situation, the flexible hose had the disadvantage that it expanded and contracted significantly, and the hose had no lateral support, so it swayed greatly in the wind and deteriorated, and was unstable as it danced from side to side when water was being supplied.

The purpose of this invention is to solve the problem of snow melting of the floating roof type tank built in a cold region based on the above-mentioned conventional technology, and to supply snow melting water to the snow accumulated on the floating roof of the tank at the top of the side plate when the tank is full.
We aim to provide an excellent floating roof tank that can effectively melt snow on the floating roof in both conditions by providing a switching system for water supply pipes and flexible joints that performs water supply through the side plate when the tank is empty. It is something.

The structure of the present invention in accordance with the above object is that when the floating roof tank is full, or when the snow that falls on the floating roof is removed when the tank is in this state, a water supply pipe is installed at the top of the side plate. The water supply port of the tank is connected to the flexible joint of the circular sprinkler pipe on the floating roof for watering, and the other branch water supply ports are equipped with blind covers, and when the tank is empty or In the case of receiving and sweeping, the water supply pipe is branched and the water supply port opened at a predetermined part of the side plate is connected to the flexible joint to melt snow on the lower floating roof, and the top water supply port is blind. The gist is that the bottle can be closed with a lid.

As mentioned above, the floating roof/tank 1 of the floating roof 7 is a stockpiling plant, so it is almost full and is at the top as shown by the solid line in Figure 1, and when the tank is completely discharged it is at the top as shown by the dotted line. Several empty tanks are supported by the stand 13 and are at the lowest position.

Therefore, in this invention, the water supply pipe 14 that is vertically piped along the tank side plate 4 is branched, and a water supply port 17 supported by a bracket 16 at the top end 15 of the side plate is connected to a set position from the lowest point of the floating roof 7. A water supply port 19 is provided in the side plate 4 at a high portion and opens into the outwardly protruding cavity 18, and can be closed tightly with a blind lid 20 via a bolt.

When snow begins to accumulate on the ground, the supply port 11 of the top 15 of the side plate 4 and the flexible hose 2 are connected in advance as shown in the solid line in Figure 1 and A in Figure 2.

In addition, when the floating roof 7 is lowered by discharging the stored liquid 8, the seal 5 is such that the water supply port 19 is tightly plugged with the blind lid 20 in the outwardly protruding cavity 18, so that the smoothness of the inner surface of the side plate 4 is not disturbed in any way. If the flexible hose 22 moves up and down smoothly and there is no snowfall, the flexible hose 22 can be removed from the water supply port 17, or even if it is left connected, the bellows will absorb enough water.

As described above, according to the present invention, in a floating roof type tank built in a cold region, water is supplied from the water supply pipe piped outside the tank body to the side plate corresponding to the top of the side plate and a predetermined position of the floating roof. By providing a water inlet and selectively connecting the blind cover to the flexible joint of the sprinkler pipe installed in a ring on the floating roof in relation to the water supply inlet, snow can be prevented from accumulating on the floating roof. In this case, water can be freely sprinkled not only when the tank is full, but also when the tank is empty, and an excellent effect can be achieved in dealing with snow melting.
