添付の図面は本考案の実施例を心すものであって、第1
図はホール効実装置の模式的回路図で、該装置が電力入
力源および出力増幅器および補償用オフセット回路に接
続されているものであり、第2図はホール効実装装置の
周囲の温度に対する出力信号の変化を示すグラフであり
、実線aは定電流源、実線すは定電圧源を示す。第3図
はホール効実装置のまわりの温度の変化に対するDCオ
フセット利得の変化を示すグ?フであり、実線は望まみ
い平坦な応答、点線は補償された利得を示す。
第4図はホール効実装置のまわりの温度条件の変
−化に対するホール効果電力入力端子の抵抗の変化を示
すグラフであり、第5図は周囲温度の変化に対するサー
ミスターの応答を示すグラフで、あり、この中白線RT
