When an elevator operated according to a speed command is used for maintenance operations or the like, it is common to generate a low speed command and thereby operate the car at a low speed of about 20 m/min.

Now, in recent years, the number of skyscrapers has increased, and the elevators installed in these buildings serve different floors.

For example, it can be divided into going to low floors, going to middle floors, going to high floors, etc.

Of these, elevators bound for middle floors do not have landings in the lower floors, and elevators bound for higher floors do not have landings in the lower and middle floors.

通常これらの部分は急行区間と呼ばれている。These sections are usually called express sections.

Since elevator operation equipment is generally not installed in this express section, there are naturally no parts that require maintenance or inspection.

Nevertheless, if it is attempted to pass at the above-mentioned low speed during maintenance, it will take several tens of minutes, resulting in a significant waste of maintenance time.

This invention is intended to improve the above-mentioned defects, and aims to provide a manual operation device for an elevator that can run at high speed through sections of floors that do not require maintenance or inspection, thereby shortening maintenance time. .
