The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and involves disposing rollers between the child surfaces of each screen of a test base whose top surface is shaped like a screen, and fixing these rollers to two parallel rails. A lifting device is provided on the rail of the housing octopus to raise and lower the roller, and the roller can be moved up and down from each gap on the screen surface of the base, and when the roller is lowered, the top of the base becomes a stable platform. To provide a roller conveyor device with a lifter which can be used as a roller conveyor when the rollers are raised so that assembly, testing, painting, and transportation of a rotating machine can be performed consistently.

In this way, each roller of the roller conveyor is arranged vertically movably in each gap between the screens of the base, whose upper surface is shaped like a screen, and the rollers are lowered during various operations such as assembly, testing, and painting. Place the rotary machine on the pre-walled screen of the stand, and
During transportation, the rollers were made to protrude upward into each gap between the screens of the screen to function as a roller conveyor, so this device was installed for each process of assembly, testing, and painting. By connecting it as a conveyor line, the rotating machine manufacturing process can be carried out consistently on the conveyor-in, including assembly, testing, painting, and shipping. Moreover, each process can be performed stably, so it is possible to carry out the manufacturing process of rotating machines consistently on the conveyor-in, making it possible to perform operations stably in each process. Transportation work using a crane is no longer required for each process, reducing time loss, and there is no need to worry about damage to the bearings of rotating machines or falling from the conveyor, which were caused by transportation using a crane. Reliability can be improved, and since the testing process is conveyor-based, sufficient testing can be carried out in a much smaller amount of space compared to conventional testing facilities. It is possible to provide a roller conveyor device with a lifter that has excellent features such as improved work efficiency.
