に断面略逆■字状の油脂捕集板をフード内上部に設け、
断面略逆V字状の油脂捕集板の下端に設けた吊金具にグ
リスフィルノーの上端を引掛けると共にグリスフィルタ
ーの背面上端とこれに対向する油脂捕集板との間に小間
隙を形或して成ることを特徴とするグリスフィルター装
