In general, clothing worn in the radiation-controlled areas of nuclear power plants may be contaminated with radioactivity to some extent, so once worn, they are managed all at once, washed, and reused. Conventionally, these clothes have been washed using a so-called dry cleaning method in which stains are removed using an organic solvent using a washing device as shown in FIG. That is, reference numeral 1 denotes a washing drum in which worn clothes are stored and brought into contact with a solvent such as tricumylethylene to remove dirt.

The solvent discharged from the cleaning drum 1 is sent to the filter 1 by the pump Z#c, and the insoluble OII-soluble substances contained in this solvent are separated and collected. It is returned to drum l. A part of the solvent that has passed through the filter 1 is sent to a distiller 4 where it is distilled to remove dissolved substances, and then sent to a cooler 5 where it is condensed. The condensed solvent is separated into gas by a separator C, and then sent to a solvent storage unit 1 where it is stored, and then returned to the cleaning drum 1 by a pump I. Further, an exterior wall t is provided to surround the entire cleaning device, and is configured to shield radiation. By the way, such a washing device has the advantage that laundry wastewater containing radioactive substances is not discharged, but on the other hand, since the solvent is circulated and reused, dirt from clothes containing radioactive substances is mainly collected in the filter s. accumulate. By the way, it is necessary to periodically replace the P material inside the filter 1. However, as mentioned above, the P material in the filter 3 collects and accumulates dirt containing radioactive substances, so the replacement of the P material must be carried out under strict control. The work efficiency of this P material replacement work is low and requires a long time. For this reason, the operation of this cleaning device must be stopped while the P material is being replaced, resulting in a problem that the operating rate is significantly reduced.

As described above, the present invention provides a plurality of filtration devices arranged in parallel to separate and collect insoluble and poorly soluble substances in a solvent, and selectively blocks the flow of the solvent to these filtration devices to remove any filtration. It is equipped with a switching valve mechanism that separates the container from the solvent flow path. Therefore, it is possible to selectively separate these strainers from the solvent flow path and replace the furnace materials of the strainers one by one without stopping the cleaning apparatus.

Therefore, even if it takes a long time to replace the P material, the cleaning device can continue to be operated during this time, and the operating rate of the cleaning device can be greatly improved, which has great effects.
