Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、手首や足首に巻付けて使用し、身体の筋力を
鍛練するための筋力鍛練用おもりに関するものである。
手首や足首に鉛の小球を袋詰めにした負荷がら成る重量
体を取付けて、手足の筋力を鍛練する用具は既に多数市
販されている。
然しなから概してこれらの用具は整正バンド等で手足に
装着しなければならない上に、その負荷を任意に変える
ことは先ず不可能である。
本考案の目的は、上述の欠点を払拭し、整正バンド等を
要することなく極めて簡単に装着することができ、しか
もその負荷を任意に変え得る筋力鍛練用おもりを提供す
ることにあり、その内容は略長方形の屈曲性を有する鉛
板と、該鉛板を一様に被覆したゴム等の弾性体から成り
、前記弾性体の片面に突出部を設け、反対面の同位置に
該突出部と係合する凹部を設け、鉛板自体の屈曲性によ
り身体の一部に巻付けて使用することを特徴とするもの
である。
本考案を図示の実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。
第１図及び第２図は本考案に係る筋力鍛練用おもり１を
示すものであり、略長方形の鉛板２がら戊る負荷をゴム
や合成樹脂から成る弾性体３により一様に被覆している
。
鉛板２は容易に屈曲し得る可撓性を有し、その大きさは
取付個所に巻付は得る程度となっている。
そしてその片面には、弾性体３の突出部４が設けられて
おり、その反対面の同位置にはこの突出部４と係合する
凹部５が設けられている。
この筋力鍛練用おもり１の使用に当っては、第３図に示
すように単に鉛板１を屈曲させて例えば手首６に装着す
れば足りる。
負荷の鉛板２は弾性体３により覆われているので波層に
直接触れることなく、さほどの異和感を与えることもな
い。
このようにして巻付ければ脱落することもなく、腕の筋
力を強化することが可能である。
又、突出部４と四部５は負荷を増加する場合に用いるも
のであり、第４図に示すように更に１個のおもり１′を
重合し、上部のおもり１′の凹部５と下部のおもり１の
突出部４とを係合してから、屈曲して装着することがで
きる。
この場合に於いては突出部４と凹部５の係合により２個
のおもり１は運動中に解離する虞れはない。
実施例に於いては突出部４及び凹部５を各面に１個ずつ
設けるようにしたが、これらは複数個ずつ設けることに
より更にその係合度が強化されることは云うまでもない
。
このように本考案に係る筋力鍛練用おもりは、負荷自体
が屈曲し得るものであるから整正バンドを使用すること
なく、手首、足首更には大きさを変えることにより腕、
首、胴などに装着することが可能であり、その負荷を任
意に増倍させ得る利点を有している。
【図面の簡単な説明】
図面は本考案に係る筋力鍛練用おもりの実施例を示すも
のであり、第１図はその斜視図、第２図は縦断面図、第
３図は手首に装着した状態を示す斜視図、第４図は２個
の鍛練用おもりを重合した状態を示す縦断面図である。 符号 １，１′は筋力鍛練用おもり、２は鉛板、３は弾
性体、４は突出部、５は凹部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 略長方形の屈曲性を有する鉛板と、該鉛板を一様に被覆
    したゴム等の弾性体から戊り、前記弾性体の片面に突出
    部を設け、反対面の同位置に該突出部と係合する凹部を
    設け、鉛板自体の屈曲性により身体の一部に巻付けて使
    用することを特徴とする筋力鍛練用おもり。
