図において、ＴＲＩ、ＴＲ２およびＴＲ３はトランジス
タ、Ｄ１Ｄ２およびＤ３はダイオード、Ｔ１はトランス
、Ｒ１，Ｒ２およびＲ３は抵抗、そしてＭＭは単安定マ
ルチバイブレークである。なお図中同一符号は同一、ま

する上記第１の二次巻線に接続された一方向性インピー
ダンス素子と、上記スイッチングトラントランジスタか
ら逆ベース電流を引き出すと共に逆電圧を印加するよう
上記第２の二次巻線に接続された一方向性インピーダン
スとを備えていることを特徴とするスイッチングトラン
