Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定圧力の伝達を受ける流体圧力導入室と圧力を外部に
    伝達する流体圧力導出室とを、前記所定圧力にて所定の
    撓みを生ずる可撓材で仕切り、操作信号によって該可撓
    材の撓み方向に対し横方向に出退可能であって、出退位
    置によって前記流体圧力導入室の圧力による可撓部材の
    撓み量を制限制御し、前記流体圧力導入室から前記流体
    圧力導出室へ伝達される圧力の大きさを前記操作信号に
    よって調節する調節部材を設けたことを特徴とする圧力
    調節弁。
