The electrical equipment of a solenoid valve usually consists of a sealed box attached to the top of the valve body when the valve body is relatively small, and wires from an external control power source etc. are wired through conduits within this sealed box. An electrical connection is made between the connected wire and the coil of the solenoid plunger device of the solenoid valve.

By the way, in the electrical equipment section of a conventional electromagnetic valve of this type, the sealed box is fixed to the valve body by mounting screws so as to cover the bolts that fix the valve body to the manifold, sub-plate, etc.

By the way, in most cases, the mounting screws are located inside the sealed box, and the connection terminals for external wires are fixedly installed inside the sealed box, so when installing a solenoid valve on the user's side, for example, it is necessary to connect the wires. If you do not secure the sealed box and valve body before starting work and remove the wiring before removing the casing, the electric wires inside the sealed box will get in the way and make it difficult to tighten the mounting screws. However, in general, this type of solenoid valve is shipped from the factory with a sealed box attached to the valve body, a solenoid plunger device attached to the valve body, and a connection lead of the solenoid plunger device connected to the sealed box. Normally, the container is covered, then packed and shipped, and the user also first makes sure that pollen, dirt, oil, etc. do not get into the sealed box, and then assembles the hydraulic equipment system first. Normally, electrical wiring is done after that, so if the user does not unpack the package and remove the sealed box from the connection button with the solenoid plunger device and the valve body, the valve body will be damaged. It cannot be attached to the manifold, so it requires extra work to remove the sealed box and then reinstall it.When repairing or maintaining the case, it is necessary to remove the connecting wires while loosening and tightening the mounting screws. It is necessary to remove and reinstall the sealed box, which not only causes poor work efficiency but also risks damaging the connecting wires that have been installed.

Furthermore, in conventional solenoid valves of this type, in order to secure the volume inside the sealed box, the upper part of the valve body is formed into a recess and a cover is placed over it to create a sealed box. In this case, the valve body itself cannot be miniaturized, and conversely, the structure cannot be applied to a small valve body, and a hole must be provided in the valve body for passing the connection lead wire from the lenoid plunger device in the case. Another drawback was that the number of man-hours required to process the valve body increased.

This idea was made in view of the above-mentioned situation, and it is possible to handle the bolts for fixing the manifold ° etc. independently from the outside of the electrical equipment even in a small valve body. . That is, in the structure of the electrical connection part of the solenoid valve of this invention, the electrical part is placed and fixed on the top surface of the solenoid valve body, which is equipped with a solenoid plunger device on the side, and the body is mounted and fixed on the manifold etc. The outer wall surface of each of the bolt hole corresponding portions is recessed so as not to protrude into the upper space of the bolt hole on the upper surface of the body.

In this embodiment, for example, as shown by the dashed line in FIG.
Even if the terminal box is introduced into the electrical equipment 5, it can be introduced smoothly into the electrical equipment from the inclined part at the tip of the terminal box without getting caught, and a passage without a partition wall is formed by the recess 23 in the axial direction of the electrical equipment. It can be connected smoothly to each terminal without bending the wire from the wire, and common connections between adjacent terminals can be easily and simply connected using the U-shaped fitting 26. Of course, there are screw holes for plugs on both sides. 10, 10 respectively, or may be introduced from one side and the wire from the other side to another solenoid valve can be drawn out. When only one screw hole 10 is used, the wire from the other side can be introduced. Various wiring configurations can be adopted, such as sealing the screw hole with a sealing plug 45 as shown in FIG.

In addition, since the terminal box 6 is housed in a plug-in manner that can be freely inserted into the electrical equipment 5, it is possible to change the performance of the solenoid valve simply by replacing the terminal box with a different internal circuit. Even in the event of a failure, the entire terminal box needs to be replaced, allowing for quick countermeasures.

As mentioned above, what is useful about the structure of this invention is that the recess 9 is provided so that the cover γ of the electrical equipment 5 can be easily removed without having to open it.
The installation and removal work between the valve body 1 and the manifold, etc. must be performed directly, and the internal wiring work for the electrical equipment can be done after the electrical equipment 5 has been fixed to the valve body 1, and then the valve body 1 can be fixed to the manifold, etc. This can be done at any time before or after. Therefore, there is no need for the user to remove and install the sealed box and valve body as in the past, and the solenoid valve configuration including electrical wiring can be manufactured in the factory. It is also possible to fix the valve body to a predetermined manifold or the like afterwards, thereby improving the reliability of the system.

The electrical equipment picture in the structure shown in the example includes the annular ridge 16 around the mounting hole with the valve body and the gasket 18 on the cover 7.
In addition, it has a screw io, a plug screwed into the io, and a sealed structure, so it is dustproof and waterproof, and has a solid structure.Furthermore, it is translucent even if a light emitting diode is used as an indicator light. Since the upper protruding portion of the solid columnar body 28 emits light over its entire surface, a clear operation indication can be made through the window 19 of the cover, and therefore, a great advantage can be achieved in use.
