[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to ski sole edges that are attached to both edges in the width direction of the lower surface of the ski body, and simplifies the installation work by enabling temporary fixing to the ski body using staples. , and prevents the running surface plate from peeling off at the temporary fixing part due to bending stress of the ski body due to unevenness of the slope during skiing.

Conventionally, when manufacturing skis, when attaching the sole edge to the ski body, it is simply fixed with screws, or when the ski is laminated into one piece using an adhesive mold, the sole edge is attached to the ski body by lamination of each component of the ski. There are well-known methods of fixing by simultaneously gluing and gluing.
However, with such conventionally well-known manufacturing means, in the former case, the sole edge is usually screwed to the ski body at a pitch of 50rrrrn8 degrees, so drilling a large number of screw holes in the sole edge requires machining and insertion into these screw holes. Not only is it necessary to countersunk the head of the screw to be fitted, but also it is necessary to prepare a large number of pilot holes on the side of the screw body, and the installation work is always troublesome and requires a lot of effort and time. However, in the latter case, the sole edge is first placed on the adhesive mold, and then the ski component parts are laminated and assembled, so the adhesive mold is necessary from the beginning to assemble the ski component parts. Because of this, the rotation cycle of the adhesive mold is very poor, and it is extremely difficult to position the sole edge to the adhesive mold, making it easy for the sole edge to shift due to the heat and pressure action during adhesive bonding. However, it has not been possible to improve workability and productivity.

This invention was made under the above circumstances, and in order to provide a structure in which the sole edge is integrally attached to the ski body, the sole edge body is formed into an L± shape in cross section consisting of a sliding part and a mounting part, and By drilling a large number of large through holes in the attachment part along the longitudinal direction and providing grooves for fitting staples on the lower surface of the attachment between each adjacent through hole, the through holes can be fixed. A staple driven toward the ski/body side so as to span the attachment part between the skis can be fitted into the groove, thereby reducing the weight and rigidity of the sole edge, and making it possible to attach the staple to the ski body. To enable simple and easy positioning and temporary fixing of a sole edge, and to prevent a bad influence from being exerted on a sliding face plate attached to the lower surface to which the sole edge is attached.

By the way, the above-mentioned large hole drilled in the attachment part of the sole edge body is intended to reduce the weight of the sole edge and, by extension, the overall weight of the ski, and to make it easier to temporarily attach the sole edge to the ski body. In order to improve the flexibility of the staple so that it can be easily deformed along the curved shape of the staple main body, and to reduce the requirement for positional accuracy of the staple and make it easier to drive the staple. This means that the hole diameter is large enough to allow insertion of at least two driving legs.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, in order to manufacture the above-mentioned finished ski product, the core 1, the upper and lower panels 2, 3, the top edge 4, and the decorative surface panel 5 are laminated and assembled as appropriate. By doing so, a skid main body is formed, and a sliding part 7a and notches 7c are cut out at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction integrally with this sliding part 7a on both sides of the lower surface of the skid main body in the width direction. A staple 10 is inserted into the cut groove 9 between the mutually adjacent through holes 8.
After temporarily fixing it by driving it toward the main body side of the skid so as to fit it, as shown in FIG. At the same time, the sole edge 7 is adhesively fixed to the ski body at the same time as the above-mentioned skid ← components are glued together.

Therefore, according to the configuration of the sole edge according to the present invention described above, a large number of large through holes are bored at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the ski in the attachment part of the main body, and the ski is temporarily fastened to the main body. Sometimes, the staples can be driven into the main body side by crossing the attachment parts between these adjacent through holes, so by drilling the through holes, the main body can be made lighter and less rigid. As a result, it is possible to expect a reduction in the overall weight of the ski, and it is also possible to improve the Q-followability to the shape of the ski body when temporarily tightening the ski.

Moreover, since the through hole drilled in the main body attachment part is large, the staple driving operation can be performed easily and quickly, and the positioning of the sole edge with respect to the main body is simple and reliable. In particular, if the sole edge is a cracked steel edge with slits in the sliding part, it can prevent meandering during installation, and the molding into the adhesive mold can be done after the sole edge is assembled to the ski body. Compared to the conventional method of stacking and assembling each component of the ski using adhesive molds from the beginning, the rotation cycle of the adhesive molds is better, which is expected to improve workability and productivity. In addition, since the sole edge mounting part is provided with a cut groove into which the staple can fit, when the sole edge is temporarily fastened to the skid main body, the staple will not protrude from the back side of the sole edge mounting part. In addition, even when the sliding surface plates are laminated and bonded, there is no bulge on the ski sliding surface corresponding to the staple plate fixing part, and the occurrence of so-called "sole lifting" can be reliably prevented, improving workability. It is possible to provide a ski sole edge with extremely high productivity.
