連続鋳造設備その他で鋳造されたビレットその他の長尺
アルミニウム鋳塊を熱処理炉に装置すべくトレーに積込
み又は積卸し若しくはその他の荷役作業をなすに当り、
該アルミニウム鋳塊の多数本を円滑且つ適切に荷役せし
め、又これを好ましい積層状態として取扱うことのでき
る装置を得ようとするものである。

フレーム両側に配設された吊下げ手段4゜4・・・を以
て積層鋳塊6間に介装せしむべきスペーサ部材5をも同
時に荷役せしめることができるので斯かるスペーサ部材
を取扱う作業員を要しないでアルミニウム鋳塊に損傷を
与えることのない積層状態を平易に形成せしめ、特にこ
のようなアルミニウム鋳塊を熱処理炉に装入すべくトレ
ードに積載するような場合において該熱処理雰囲気を適
切に鋳塊間に進入させて円滑な熱処理を行わしめ得る状
態での積層状態を自動的に形成してそれらの作業時間を
著しく短縮し得る等の作用効果を有しており、実用上そ
の効果の大きい考案である。
