Conventional vinyl shoes on the market have seams at the instep, toe, etc., and water tends to leak from the four seams, which is undesirable.

In order to eliminate water leakage, it is necessary to eliminate seams, but even if vinyl shoe materials are heated and molded, the lining is woven, so they do not expand or contract, so they do not form as expected, and even if they are temporarily deformed, they do not expand or contract. It returns and cannot be used as shoes.

Rubber boots are made by placing fabric socks in a mold and pasting together cut rubber sheet parts. The material is completely different from vinyl, so the manufacturing method is also different, and the finished shoes can be heavy.

Products made using this method only have seams at the button and rear seams where they connect to the sole of the shoe, and these parts are fully lined thickly, and the lower part (heel) is hardened with hot melt, so it is water-resistant. There is no need to worry about leakage.

As described above, in the present invention, a double lining is constructed by laminating a double layer of knitted fabric to a lining material with a knitted fabric attached to the back side via a hardening agent.

Thereafter, this is cut out into a shape that will become the outer skin of a shoe as shown in FIG. 2A, and a curved surface as shown in FIG. 2B is formed from a flat piece using a creeping machine.

A creeping machine is a machine that pressure-forms the cladding material by heating and applying pressure at a temperature of 150° or less, at which the cladding material does not change in quality, for 5 to 20 seconds. The shoe material deforms, and when the rolling is released, it returns within the limits of the shape to provide an elegant shoe shape.

Looking at the condition of the lining, it is made of knitted fabric, so it is stretchable, and the stitches stretch and contract along the pattern, so it is not unreasonable at all.

Comparing this with the conventional one, the conventional one is made of woven fabric, so the warp and weft threads are stretched (11), making it inflexible. The vinyl sheet itself wrinkles where it should shrink, and cracks where it should stretch. resulting in incomplete deformation,
Moreover, it does not become the skin of shoes that have commercial value.

As explained above, the present invention constitutes a double lining by further adhering a knitted material to the back surface of a flat vinyl sheet with a knitted material pasted through a hardening agent. This method of manufacturing vinyl shoes is characterized in that a vinyl shoe material with a heavy lining is heated and rolled in a creeping machine to form a sheath shape, and the molded leather material is used to manufacture shoes. This is completely different from the manufacturing method for vinyl shoes, and the hardness of vinyl sheets is usually a blending ratio of vinyl chloride and plasticity of 80.
The hardness of the present invention is 85 degrees to 90 degrees.
It is thought that it is most suitable to adopt a grade of 10
When the temperature exceeds 0 degrees, it becomes too soft and is of no use.

As described above, the present invention is able to produce seamless vinyl shoes based on experience, and by perfecting the seal only at the sole and the rear seam, it is possible to provide extremely excellent shoes.
