[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a relatively heavy casing such as a tuner case. This is to prevent foil from floating on the mounting legs.

A conventional tuner case or a substantially U-shaped tuner case body 1 made of a bottom plate, front and rear plate parts integrated as shown in Fig. 1.
Two pairs of mounting legs 2 are integrally formed with a wide part on the bottom plate part and a narrow part formed continuously at the tip of this wide part.

Therefore, the mounting legs 2 intersect at right angles to the bottom plate of the tuner case body 1 as well as to the front and rear plates. When the mounting portion 2 is inserted into the printed circuit board 3 and fixed by soldering, the printed circuit board 3 is bent in the direction of the arrow due to the weight of the tuner case and vibrations applied to the printed circuit board 3 after the tuner case is attached.

) Since there is no stepped portion on the mounting leg 2, there is a problem in that the foil on the mounting leg 2 eventually floats due to the bending of the tuner case, making the tuner case installation unstable.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and its feature is that the mounting legs are integrally formed at the tips of the front and rear plates of the tuner case body, while the mounting legs are formed in the same way as the top plate of the conventional tuner case. By improving the bottom plate of the tuner case, it is possible to prevent the foil from lifting when deflected in either the horizontal or vertical directions.

以下その一実施例を第3図、第4図を用いて説明する。An example of this will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.

In FIG. 3, the tuner case main body 10 has a substantially U-shape as in the conventional case, and two mounting legs 11 are provided at the tips of the front and rear plates facing each other so as to be flush with the front and rear plates. It protrudes from one piece like this.

On the other hand, reference numeral 12 designates a bottom plate of the tuner case, which is provided at both ends with connecting portions each having a width narrower than the gap between the mounting legs 11, and continuously provided at the tip of this connecting portion, and having a width wider than the gap between the mounting legs 11. Then, the tongue piece 13 bends the gripping piece in a direction almost perpendicular to the connecting part and in the same direction as the bending direction of the protrusion 14, so that the tip of the protrusion 14 and the tip of the gripping piece are flush with each other. At the same time, a gap large enough to fit at least the mounting leg 11 is left between the holding piece of the tongue piece 13 and the protrusion 14.

As an example of a method of fixing the tuner case bottom plate 12 to the tuner case main body 10, a protrusion is provided on the bottom surface of the groove between the mounting legs 11 of the tuner case main body 10, and the protrusion is provided at the connecting portion of the tuner case bottom plate 12. A possible method is to provide a hole into which the protrusion is inserted and caulk the protrusion to integrate the two.

At this time, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the tips of the tongues 13 and projections 14 located on the left and right sides of each mounting leg 11 come into contact with the surface of the printed circuit board 15.

Therefore, the bending shown in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4A is handled by the same action of the projection 14 and the tongue piece 13 as the mounting leg 2 shown in FIG. No foil lifting occurs in the 11th part.

In addition, the tongue piece 1 also responds to the bending shown in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4B.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the mounting leg is integrally provided at the top of the image of the approximately U-shaped casing body, and is also installed between the top ends of the casing body and integrated with the main body. By providing tongue pieces and protrusions on the bottom plate to sandwich each mounting leg, when the mounting legs are inserted into the printed circuit board and fixed, the tongue pieces and protrusions come into contact with the surface of the printed circuit board and act as a stopper. To act, pudding 1 ~ the lateral direction of the substrate.
